I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights. Overall, the location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was adequate, though not exceptional. During the first three nights, I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, which was very clean, comfortable, and had a fresh scent — a very positive experience.

I had to add 1 more day in hotel . I was moved to a room on the 2nd floor, and this significantly impacted my overall impression. The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor, which made it quite difficult to stay comfortably. Bathroom was stinky also ( but clean ) . Additionally, the window faced the restaurant area, and noise from the restaurant continued late into the evening. I requested to be moved to a different room, but was informed by the receptionist that no alternatives were available. Based on this experience, I would recommend booking a room on the higher floors, particularly the 3rd floor, where my stay was much more pleasant. I would advise caution regarding rooms on the 2nd floor due to the odor and noise issues.

The staff were consistently hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to high standards. The breakfast spread was a particular highlight—well-organized, delicious, and offering a variety of options to cater to all tastes. I was so impressed with the overall experience that I ended up extending my stay by three days. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

The location was the best, we walked almost everywhere but we do like walking. However taxis were everywhere and the BOLT (like Uber) were also everywhere. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and convenience shops. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I’m in Tbilisi. We had a room w/balcony and although the evenings became very active the noise did not disturb us inside the room. The weather was chilly but inside the hotel it was very pleasant. The front desk staff very nice and pleasant. The staff doing the morning breakfast very pleasant and attentive to everyone and a nice mix of food nicely prepared. WiFi inside the hotel was good. Even a conference room was available to do some work. There was always someone at the front desk to assist.

A huge balcony and a very huge and comfortable room. The bed was really good and comfortable. The hotel is in the heard of old Tblisi, so there is only a short walk to all the hotspots of the old town. We booked the suite with the big balcony and an amazing few. The staff is very friendly.

The traffic in Tiblisi is horrible. Directly in front of the hotel is one of the main streets of the town with 4 Lanes in one direction. So you can hear the noise of the traffic even if the windows are closed. And on the beautiful balcony it’s very loud the whole day and night. The breakfast is okay, but you get only instant coffee and the food is the same every day. We was allowed to use the terrace of the restaurant nearby for breakfast. That was really helpful because the small breakfast room was full every day.

The location is great. Close to all the main sites and connections to other parts of the city. The place is clean. The room was very spacious. A bit pity there is no lift till the 4th floor. We didn't have many bags or a heavy suitcase, but just take it into account in your special requests. Some of the staff don't know English very well but still will do what they can in their way to help you.

Breakfast was ok but not enough variety. It took quite a while till the buffet dishes were refilled.

We booked the suite and it was like a dream. Spacious, comfortable and the balcony with the best view !! It was walking distance to alot of the tourist spots and had wonderful eating spots near by. The staff were super helpful and kind. Very hospitable people. ❤️ We absolutely loved our stay here and would totally recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you to everyone at Aivani. 😊

This is a very nice hotel. Atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. Our flight was late at night so we couldn't get proper sleep. When we arrived in Tbilisi, it was early morning, long before our check in time. We got to the hotel and were able to drop off our luggage. Anna at the reception saw how tired we were and offered us bottles of water. The room was not vacant yet and she kindly asked us to give them some time. We decided to have an early morning walk around the old city, but after couple of hours we were too tired and decided to go back to the lobby and just wait there. When we came back, Mariami took over from Anna at the reception and was very kind to accomodate us as quickly as they could. I would also like to mention Tika that we got to meet in the subsequent days, who was also very kind and welcoming. The highlight of this hotel and this trip was the staff at the hotel who did everything they could to make sure we get an amazing experience. Hotel has ideal location - you can easily walk pretty much everywhere. It is lively at night, and yet safe. P.S.: delicious khachapuri at breakfast!

Perfect location and very nice authentic interior of the hotel.

Walls are very thin and you can easily hear your neighbors. Plus, if you prefer quiet time don’t choose a room with a balcony - most likely your neighbors would spend all the time on their balcony next to yours - very noisy :( Bed could be more comfortable. The blanket-sheet is not enough for 2 people.

Overall the hotel was perfect. The location was great, cannot imagine a better one. The rooms were big enough (we booked family room), room was clean. Restaurants, souvenir shops nearby. Will stay here again.

Location is excellent, few minute each old Tbilisi Centre. Appreciate the balcony can stay balcony watch people passing by and enjoy street view. Room smaller the my expectation, but sufficient to lay two huge luggage. Staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate has inner elevator easy shift luggage to room. WiFi and cleanliness were good.

Air-conditioning system auto off during sleep midnight. Remote control unfriendly use, spent sometime to turn on air-conditioning.
