Really good location. Friendly and helpful staff, always happy to help if needed.. Fairly priced. The breakfast is really good and varied choices and seemed fresh which surprisingly is not the norm in our experience on our travels. Plenty of options. We opted to upgrade as the standard room we booked was just too small for us. The room we upgraded to, well... impressive for the price. Room 24. large terrace with a table and few chairs. Its not your typical terrace. Its fantastic especially in the evenings to sit outside, have a coffee and look at the light up immediate area, good sized room with space to breathe. it's not a big difference in price in our opinion and I'd ask if it's available. We would absolutely stay here again if we were to visit the city again.

A bit dusty. Needs a really good clean especially the windows. it's not to say the rooms are dirty or bad, just in our opinion all needs a good old fashioned spring clean to bring it back upto it's best. It's best would rival far more expensive properties!

What an excellent hotel. A fantastic location in the old town of Tbilisi a short walk to bars, restaurants and the main tourist areas. The hotel itself is located in a very quiet area away from any traffic. It seems to have been recently decorated or is maintained to an exceptionally high standard as the cleanliness and decoration of the room and lobby/dining area very good. Breakfast was of a good quality. Bedroom was very quiet, comfortable and bathroom to a very clean and good standard. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Tbilisi.

Nothing - everything exceeded my expectations.

The property was set in a fascinating area of the old town. So much to do nearby with great eating places closeby. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were so helpful. The thermal baths are next door and the hotel gives you discount for using it. We went there and it was a great experience. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Mostly Georgian food but very tasty with plenty to pick from.

You could say the steps up to the accommodation if you have heavy cases but they are very clear that they will help you if you ring the bell. The transfer service worked smoothly.

I think it's a great place to stay in Tbilisi. It looks like you live in the heart of the old city. Everyone goes sightseeing the place you live at. Reception staff is very nice and helpful. The place is close to the botanical garden and the old fortress.

I wouldn't recommend breakfasts there and should warn about music in the bar in front of the hotel - it's pretty annoying especially at night. I know for some people it can be pretty dramatic. But i still give a 10 to the hotel itself

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They took care of storing our snowboarding gear, which was a huge convenience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent it was close to the kosher restaurants and synagogue. The hotel was also close to the pick up points for tours and hire car companies. We observe Shabbat and the hotel was very helpful with our needs

Such an amazing location. This is right by 1 of my favourite spots in the entire world. So it was awesome to be able to walk past my favourite spot every day when I go back. Great view and great party vibes all around. I can see 3 major churches right from the balcony! I will most definitely stay here again when I revisit Tblisi!

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is in the central of the Old City and close to many restaurants. The staff were also quite helpful. The rooms were relatively small, but well appointed.

There were two problems with this facility. Firstly, there is a cabaret close to the venue and the singing/music coming from these venues is quite loud. Although the rooms were double glazed, this did not stop the noise properly. This presented a substantial challenge for sleeping. Additionally, if you are travelling with multiple bags, please be aware that you will have to drag these up a lot of stairs to get to the reception area. Once you reach the reception, the staff then take your bags to the room. However, don't underestimate the challenge of moving more than one bag up a long set of steps if you are on your own.

I was pleasantly surprised because the hotel was much nicer than on the pictures! We were given a free room upgrade and got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the old town. On the top floor of the hotel, there is also access to a public balcony where you can enjoy the Georgian sun. Sulfur Baths are close to the hotel - you only have to go down the stairs to the old town. You can walk everywhere from this hotel - to the old town, the botanical garden, the fortress and the Freedom Bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. I really liked it!
