Staff was amazing. We stayed there in May 2024 made a mistake while booking a hotel so we arrived at 6 AM to the hotel and the chicken was at 2 PM. we asked staff if it’s possible to get any room earlier even for an extra payment, but all rooms were booked. We were super tired, but had no other options to just go and explore the city, leaving our stuff in the hotel. But, to our surprise, they managed to get our room for us at 11 AM already and it was free of charge. It really was a blessing. Also staff was super friendly, location was great and room always clean. Highly recommend.❤️

The breakfast is bountiful - everyday ! We get water and coffee replenished everyday in the room. The beds and pillows are relatively new and very comfortable. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. It's a short walk to Waterfall square where many Tour bus/trips start. Bonus for smokers - get a room with a balcony. They provide an ashtray in the balconies - albeit small balconies.

On our visit, there was some construction going on a side street beside the hotel and we got small traffic jams near the hotel from time to time.

Everything was just perfect. I stayed at Eleven Inn with my two little brothers and we all enjoyed it. The personal, especially the cleaning lady was so nice and always so welcoming. Water refreshments were always available at our room, clean towels and tea, coffee. The location of the place is the best. It is in a walking distance from the center of Old Tbilisi, but still located in a very quiet and cozy area. There are lots of cafes nearby. Thank you for your service!

Very nice hotel with very nice staff. You feel like home. Tasty "homemade" breakfast. Very close to the old city center. Good value for money.

Reception is not 24/7. The shower in the bathroom has to be improved. The glass does not prevent the water to get out and to splash over the bathroom

The hotel is located in the beautiful old town of Tbilisi and the National Botanical Garden and Narikala is just a few minutes walk away. The receptionist guy willingly helped me to arrange a very early dawn taxi drive to the airport and the staff prepared a nice meal package in stead of breakfast. Thank you really much for their arrengements afterwards.

Breakfast variety and coffee was a little bit under my expectations. Although the staff hospitality compensated all beyond.

Great location and a comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The room is rather nice and the bed is comfortable.

We paid extra for a "balcony" room and were disappointed by their definition of a balcony. It was two small doors that could only fit one person comfortably. Hardly a balcony, especially when charging guests extra for the option. I expect a balcony to fit a small Cafe table so people can enjoy their morning coffee. Still don't know why this feature cost extra. Also didn't like the septic smell in the room, but closing the bathroom door took care of that.

Location near to old town and breakfast was so original and home made

A lot of works in the near streets which caused an issue reaching the hotel or finding a parking. Room size was small which could not fit any extra beds and view was on the street directly. Streets are very narrow and parking is difficult.

This is my fifth time in Tbilisi and this hotel I liked the most. Polite and kindness staff - always gave water and whatever I asked. Good breakfast which a lot of options. Bed, mattress, pillow and bed linen is so perfect I slept like a baby. Definitely will stay here next time!

A little bit of construction near the hotel but I think they will end it soon.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street, but very close to the old city. It is within a short walk from the area where most of the sulfur baths are. The staff was very helpful.

The room had a window directly on the street level, so you can't really open it or have the curtains open without losing your privacy. It didn't really disturb us so much as we spent most of the time outside. Just pay attention to book a room on the other side of the hotel if this is an issue for you.

The hotel's location is wonderful, as it isConveniently situated near many attractions, eliminating the need for transportation. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the rooms are meticulously cleaned every day.
