We loved our stay! Best part - Their Staff :)) We had booked a privilege room which was decently spaced, with views overlooking the river. Location of this hotel is perfect, most tourist attractions are at walkable distance. Staff is very friendly and they truly made our stay memorable. Special mention - Ane and Karen from their front desk team, who surprised us on our birthdays with wonderful gestures. Really appreciate ❤️ Breakfast was great too. We highly recommend this properly if visiting Tbilisi.

In-room dining options should be increased - menu was very limited.

Thank you for a perfect vacation! we came to celebrate our anniversary and stayed 4 nights, ordered the privilage room and recieved a very beatiful, clean and compfortable room, with a nice view and very big and convinient bad, the staff was very freindly and helpful, the breakfast was perfect +++ and the location is close to everything you can just wish to visit in the old town of Tbilisi, the travel from the airport to the hotel takes about 20-25 min' top we would love to come back to this hotel on our next visit to Tbilisi and strongly recommend it for your upcoming travel!

Very nice hotel, in fantastic location. Just couple of minutes walk and you are in historic Tbilisi. The privilege room was clean and quite spacious for one person. Minibar drinks were included in the stay without additional charge. Nespresso machine was available in room with basic selection of coffee options. Parking is very small, max for 10-15 cars, but they had free spot upon our arrival, so had no problems there. Gym was small, but had all most basic equipment.

The only downside for me is that the hotel does not have a pool

The Mercure hotel was very comfortable. The room was quiet and the bed was excellent, which is very important to me. The design was tasteful, and overall the space felt pleasant. The downstairs restaurant, Asado, was a highlight—we really enjoyed both lunch and dinner there. The staff were also consistently great and welcoming.

The location is a bit far from restaurants and places to go, though not too far—it just requires a bit more travel.

The room is very cozy, with pleasant colors, and everything is clean. The view from the window was on the river. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The bathroom is quite spacious, and there is high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available.

The tall faucet in the bathroom was not securely fastened, causing some discomfort during use. There is no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom). The table in the room is slightly scratched. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. It didn't completely spoil the experience, but it would be great if the staff paid attention to it.

The hotel has a great location in the Old Town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially after a difficult journey and problems with my luggage at the airport. Breakfast was great, with a good selection, and my room was spotless and very comfortable. I booked a single room, and the bed was a good size, felt a bit bigger than a regular single.

Excellent location, exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff

No concierge or bell boy service. Had to carry our own suitcases up and down the steps. Housekeeping and restaurant staff very polite but not flexible. Water, toiletries, towels etc. were not replenished / changed in the room unless specifically requested each day.

Wonderful smelling in the lobby. Super nice lobby staff. Room cleaning. Two bottle of water every day. Very nice Sky7 bar.

The breakfast could be little been diversified (smokes salmon in some days for example). The grilled bacon was to much dry. Our check in was about 3 a.m. next day but charge was for all day.

The location was perfect. Walkable distance to the old town

The bed was too soft and caved in when we sleep and the comforter was not lo by enough to cover ones full body

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Tbilisi. Nina was helpful at check in, and the room was exactly like on the website. Room was clean with a lot of light during day. Location is great, everything just few minutes walking distance from the hotel. I also enjoyed the food at their restaurant; Luca and Nina were amazing thank you everyone. The sky bar was a plus and it is a nice place to relax.

I observed that they are many dogs outside the hotel and it was a bit noisy, however, I noticed there are many dogs on the streets in the city too.
