From the small entrance foyer and narrow staircase, we were very pleasantly surprised at how large our bedroom was; there was more than enough room for a king-size bed, a couch and two large chairs. We shared a balcony with another room, and looked out on a medieval castle and a church. The sheets and bed were very comfy, and the bathroom functioned well. The staff were very accommodating and cooked us a tasty breakfast of potato omelette and oatmeal. They also helped us with parking, which was a bit tricky, given the steep hill the building was on. The neighborhood was fun to walk around, and we found very good Georgian and Thai restaurants nearby. Within five minutes walk, there were several hot sulfur bathing establishments.

There was only Russian programming available on the television.

We had another wonderful stay at Gvino Minda. The staff has been, as ever, friendly, kind and helpful. Location is excellent, the room big and beautifully decorated, and the view from the terrace is a sight to behold. Breakfast is good and varied (each day of our stay we were served different freshly prepared dishes). It feels more like home than an holiday accommodarion. Many thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

We have a 9 year old so the walk uphill was a drag, the 2nd room the bed was not a comfortable sofa bed. The crockery apart from mugs and teaspoons and a kettle, was minimal.

Great place in the center of the old city. The rooms were big but the number of beds was not according to my order (2 adults and 3 kids). one bed was missing and required some improvisation to use a single sofa as a bed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The night view from the balcony was gorgest.

There is no elevator, and the stairs are pretty narrow and steep. There is no safe in the room.

Second time at Gvino Minda and no regrets. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully furnished. This time we had the upper floor room with kitchenette and a beautiful huge terrace. Couldn't use it much because of the weather, but in summer, with that view of the Narikala fortress, it must me gorgeous to sit there. Staff was as usual extremely friendly and helpful. You really feel at home at Gvino Minda. Highly recommended.

I have been by now four times at Gvino Minda and I would definitely go again. Great location, wonderful big room with large panoramic terrace, clean, friendly staff. Can't ask for more.

The room was very big with a nice garden. Very clean room. I loved the decoration of the hotel. Congratulations. The location is very well. It is very close to old town and the river. Very close to cable car and the sulfur baths. The stuff was ver smiley and helpful. The breakfast was basic but enough. The bed was very comfortable. The air condition worked well. There is a market close to hotel.

There was no fridge in the room. The street does not look very nice but the hotel is very nice.

I liked practically everything about the place. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable, with a lovely big terrace with a view of Narikhala Fortress. Location is ideal to visit the old part of the city on foot. Breakfast is very good. Everybody working there is extremely friendly and helpful. Warmly recommended.

I've become a fan from the very first minute. The hosts were friendly, joyful and helpful anytime we needed. The breakfast was a masterpiece. Our room on the first floor was spacious and stylish. The room had a laaarge bathroom, plenty of windows and blackout curtains. Wi-Fi was fast and worked everywhere. But the best part was spending time with hosts and other guests, both wonderful people with common values.

If you drive a car and want to park then prepare to be patient with parking. This is a common issue in the center though.
