Amazing hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. Kisi Hotel is ever so slightly tucked away from the center of bustling Old Town, however we preferred that as it was a bit quieter but still very easily walkable to all areas. We landed in Tbilisi at 5am and were worried we would have to kill time all morning waiting for the room, however after requesting early check-in we were pleasantly surprised (and super grateful) that our room was ready straight away. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with one of the best views of the city. Food at breakfast was delightful and the staff were incredibly lovely. The best part was the two gorgeous cats in reception that made going in and out every day a treat!

The only small con to this accommodation is that it's located on a somewhat steep hill, but we also appreciated getting our steps each day.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kisi! The hotel has a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was also fantastic—close to key attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Overall, my experience at Hotel Kisi exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

I would like to highlight that the hotel is located in a very central location, heart of the old town. You can walk around the old town withing minutes. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast was amazing, different choices every day and a lot of it home made. Overall, we were very happy with everything. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate us in a larger room when we mentioned we had an additional person joining. The manager, Victoria, and the other lady were super polite and helpful. Overall me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.

The only thing that was a bit challenging was the first day we arrived that we had to solve the request to place another bed for the person who joined. The guy who was assisting us was not that proactive. Luckily it was resolved and we got another bed but we had to fix all the bedsheets etc ourselves. I have to say that the next day the hotel moved us to a more comfortable room, and the two ladies helped us with everything, which were very helpful, friendly and proactive to assist. I just wanted to highlight that the ladies really made a difference with their positive attitude and help.

The staff was amazing, nice and very helpful!! They all speak a good enough level of English. Great location by the Sulphur baths area and below the fortress. Loved the breakfast with absolutely delicious home made cakes and most importantly the live music!! Never in my life - and I travel a lot- had my coffee with a classic guitar mini concert!! I had one of the largest room with a spacious terrace all perfect! Would definitely recommend it especially if you love cats! ;) you will meet and enjoy the company of the very elegant Kisi waiting for you at reception!

The manager & the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and super comfortable! We got a complimentary room upgrade because we were celebrating our 35 years wedding anniversary and it was a very generous gesture from Victoria the hotel mander - the room & the view from the terrace were truly spectacular! Breakfast was abundant & delicious but what made it super special was the host playing classic guitar symphonies throughout - wow the whole experience was incredible! Not to mention the location was superb, close to all major city attractions! We highly recommend this hotel!

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do, it was close and walking distance to all attractions. We loved the cozy room that we stayed in, and everything worked very well. The breakfast was really good and started us off well for the day. The staff at the hotel was also very friendly and Kind.

Our double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together so the middle part of the bed where the two beds met was really hard. Also, we had 2 single bed blankets (duvets) For the double bed instead of a double bed duvet and that was very uncomfortable. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Most of the staff were really nice and professional, especially one of the female receptionists who did above and beyond for us. There is a nice view from the balcony we had. We were celebrating our marriage and they provided us with champagne on the house which was really nice.

It didn't have an elevator and we were on the 5th floor which is really exhausting to get to, the hotel is also located up a hill and even if you came with a car you could only enter if the hotel people would open a gate at the bottom of the hill.

This hotel is owned by Tariel Suari, a well-known classical guitarist who studied and toured Europe for many years. He is still quite active, and when he is not performing, he is running his hotel and practices every morning for two hours whilst we are having breakfast and then in the evenings in the lobby bar. The best musician we have heard in a very long time. A great welcome, and what an honour. 🥰 The hotel is in the old town, up a hill. 🫣 Great decor, amazing food at breakfast, great staff, and service. Restaurants, cafes, sulphur baths, and other tourist attractions on both sides of the river are just walking distance. The view of the light house from our terrace was delightful. The resident cats, Kisa, and the black kittie are just adorable. 🐈 Parking is available up the hill from the motel. We extended our stay for an extra night, and this was accommodated with ease. Lovely hotel in the city centre, 3 minutes away from the baths. Nicely decorated and very clean rooms. High quality toiletries and facilities. Breakfast is nice too with both sweet and savoury options. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Would recommend this place for your stay in Tbilisi as it's within walkable distance to all main attractions(cathedral, old down, dry bridge market etc.)

Such a great hotel! The staff, including the owner, were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Right in the heart of the "old town," which was perfect for exploring. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choices and even live music! (Also, they had the sweetest cat in town living in the hotel — nice bonus)

The room's internet was a bit unreliable, making it tough to get work done — I had to head down to the lobby to stay connected.
