Amazing hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. Kisi Hotel is ever so slightly tucked away from the center of bustling Old Town, however we preferred that as it was a bit quieter but still very easily walkable to all areas. We landed in Tbilisi at 5am and were worried we would have to kill time all morning waiting for the room, however after requesting early check-in we were pleasantly surprised (and super grateful) that our room was ready straight away. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with one of the best views of the city. Food at breakfast was delightful and the staff were incredibly lovely. The best part was the two gorgeous cats in reception that made going in and out every day a treat!

The only small con to this accommodation is that it's located on a somewhat steep hill, but we also appreciated getting our steps each day.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, very accommodating, helping with every crazy request. Loved the attitude, you really feel welcome here, true Georgian hospitality :) The location and the view are also spectacular, but the people is what truly makes this place exceptional :) Note for the travellers: access is via Botanical street with closed barrier, upon arrival to the barrier you should telephone the property, they will open the barrier (watch for the barrier, otherwise the taxi driver will bring you to the neighboring street and you will have to walk through very steep narrow street and stairs with your luggage)

Beautiful hotel. Great location in told town. Awesome views from the balcony if you have booked the room with the balcony . Superb breakfast But most of all the people , staff are extremely helpful. Friendly. Communicative and make whatever u want happen. Overall superb place

Nothing to really not like. Everything was great. Just that if someone is travelling with an aged family member then better to not book rooms with a balcony on bird floor. As it's a lot is steps to climb without an elevator. But it's not really a negative. I was absolutely fine with it

The location was ideal—close to everything we needed, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. But what made our stay truly special was the incredible kindness and support from the staff. During our trip, we faced an unexpected legal issue, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They assisted with translation, offered guidance, and were always there with a smile and reassuring words. Their help made a huge difference during a stressful time, and we are sincerely grateful. This is not just a great hotel—it’s a place where people genuinely care. We highly recommend it and will never forget the kindness we experienced here.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kisi! The hotel has a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax. Location, personnel and breakfast great. It is easy to access main attractions. Breakfast is tasty and you feel full after it. And tje ladies were really kind to us during our stay. And our room was always clean

If you have a problem with mobility or small children, might be problem to go to hotel. Because it is located at the top of the hill. But it was not problem for us. There is one thing bothered me that there was not space to put luggage ın the room. If you stay 2-3 day it is not a big problem. But during long stay might be not comfortable

I would like to highlight that the hotel is located in a very central location, heart of the old town. You can walk around the old town withing minutes. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast was amazing, different choices every day and a lot of it home made. Overall, we were very happy with everything. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate us in a larger room when we mentioned we had an additional person joining. The manager, Victoria, and the other lady were super polite and helpful. Overall me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.

The only thing that was a bit challenging was the first day we arrived that we had to solve the request to place another bed for the person who joined. The guy who was assisting us was not that proactive. Luckily it was resolved and we got another bed but we had to fix all the bedsheets etc ourselves. I have to say that the next day the hotel moved us to a more comfortable room, and the two ladies helped us with everything, which were very helpful, friendly and proactive to assist. I just wanted to highlight that the ladies really made a difference with their positive attitude and help.

The staff was amazing, nice and very helpful!! They all speak a good enough level of English. Great location by the Sulphur baths area and below the fortress. Loved the breakfast with absolutely delicious home made cakes and most importantly the live music!! Never in my life - and I travel a lot- had my coffee with a classic guitar mini concert!! I had one of the largest room with a spacious terrace all perfect! Would definitely recommend it especially if you love cats! ;) you will meet and enjoy the company of the very elegant Kisi waiting for you at reception!

Location, view , stuff , clean rooms , delicious breakfast, cats . It’s located on the old Tbilisi and comfortable in terms of the reaching to any historical places . Even though it’s on the hill , sport activity by walking up after having delicious Georgian food is a big advantage

There is no lift , as it’s a small building and there is no one to help to bring a luggage upstairs. However, it’s manageable

The manager & the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and super comfortable! We got a complimentary room upgrade because we were celebrating our 35 years wedding anniversary and it was a very generous gesture from Victoria the hotel mander - the room & the view from the terrace were truly spectacular! Breakfast was abundant & delicious but what made it super special was the host playing classic guitar symphonies throughout - wow the whole experience was incredible! Not to mention the location was superb, close to all major city attractions! We highly recommend this hotel!
