The location was near from the old town and many bus stations, The hotel was clean, calm, confort and many of necessary equipments. The breakfast buffet was good enough, many options and menu can change little bit every day. The most famous therms are close enough to get there by walk.

The location was in the hill but accessible with a bit effort, all cab driver can also drop off in the hotel without problem. Juice and other food are not fresh, but it's not a big deal.

Location was good. Staff was nice and friendly especially Temo, but the receptionist girls were a bit rude, we asked dental kids and iron and they asked us to come and take it from the reception, maybe they have such service rules but the receptionist Temo was kind and he was bringing the iron if we have asked in his working days.

We asked twice to clean the rooms and left the label with “please clean my room” but they didn’t. Maybe we had some misunderstandings. They left fruit plate as a compliment with sorry letter but without cleaning the rooms again😅🫠

The restaurant and the hotel staff were the best. I stayed for three weeks. It was very quiet. The food at the Restaurant every morning was terrific, so if you have the option of getting breakfast with your room, get the breakfast included with your room. I ate there almost every single morning for three weeks and it was always a great start to the day. The room was very clean and tidy, as was the entire hotel.

The heat went out on the first night, as there was something wrong with the heating unit. They brought up an electric radiator heater from the office and everything was just fine. Just, make sure to ask the staff if anything goes wrong. I had no problems for the rest of the three week stay.

Everything was exceptional! The hotel was very clean—I've never seen such a clean hotel before—and everything felt new. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and she spoke fluent Russian and English. The beds were very comfortable, with high-quality cotton bedding. We only slept here for 5 hours due to an early flight, but thanks to the bed's comfort, it was enough. I would 100% recommend this place. The location is in the heart of old Tbilisi, just a 5-minute walk to the Tiflis baths.

It's not about the place itself, but please be aware: if you're using Yandex Taxi to get here, use the hotel name as your destination, not the address. There are two identical streets in Tbilisi, and Yandex initially led us to the wrong location (on the opposite side of the city).

I found the King Tamar Hotel through Booking.com and I am so grateful I did. The reviews seemed better than the prices for other hotels in this area of Tbilisi, and I booked quickly (same day actually). I don't get surprised easily, but this hotel amazed me for the price (big cheers to all the all staff and the General Manager who deserves special mention for his excellence and dedication). We were truly made to feel like we were at home. Any needs were responded to very quickly, and we had all the amenities we needed for a long and stressful stay due to our family issues. The building appears recently built, the lobby has free fancy coffee all day and night, the restaurant is fabulous, and access to centre of Tbilisi and just about anywhere are steps away. The whole hotel was spotless, and their flexibility with helping us be comfortable and making sure we they were doing everything they could to support us as we handled our not-vacation circumstances was above and beyond. The staff left me feeling that is not just a business, it is a family devoted to making their guests' lives better. The hotel made us feel like their most important guests. There is a personal commitment and pride in their work that is not only rare these in my experience but truly inspiring. Overall I suggest you not miss out on this hotel gem in the heart of the city. Ten stars!

The room was very clean and comfortable with all facilities and amenities. Although I have booked a triple room originally, due to some issues the hotel upgraded the room to superior and we enjoyed it a lot. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast every day in the canteen and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful if anything additional was needed. There was a balcony with a great view, which we enjoyed a lot. The neighborhood was quite so nothing bothered our peaceful stay.

TV was not working as my daughter wanted to watch some cartoons. The receptionist said someone will come over to fix, however noone came. For breakfast some drinks/food/cutlery was missing, so we had to ask each time whether how to find it or if staff can bring it.

The girl in the reception name is Ana was very helpful and friendly but her Manager was not. The Manager did something wrong and she blamed me later. She just could explain her fault and I can understand her. Even we agreed and she confirmed on some extras later she asked more money, she said she made mistake but she was angry with me. It was not a good behaviour. Later I paid the extra, I dont want to see her face again like that.

I was on a business trip to Tbilisi with my colleagues, we were looking for a quiet place in the centre and we certainly found one at King Tamar. To our surprise it also had business facilities which was a great help. We slept well and enjoyed incredible food. In the evenings we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace with incredible views. This will most definitely become our go to place every time we visit Tbilisi. And finally, the service was superb.

I love the location of the King Tamar hotel which is in the middle Old Tbilisi, very close to the Central Tbilisi. I thought the service was excellent, the receptionist was very polite and helpful guiding me around the town. They have a great range of delicious Georgian food in the hotel. I would definitely recommend - the whole overall experience is a great value for money.

It was an excellent experience, i would definitely come stay again.
