This charming, family-run hotel is nestled on a small hill, offering a peaceful setting with stunning views from the terrace. It shares its premises with two other similar hotels, creating a homely and community-like atmosphere. The location is convenient—just a 10-minute walk to parks, grocery stores, pharmacies, a money exchange, a Magti SIM store, and even the local police station. Most major attractions are just a 10–15-minute drive away. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Since we were traveling with two children, the sofa-cum-bed had already been laid out for us upon arrival. We had a lovely view of the garden and parts of the city. The attention to detail and maintenance was commendable. Washroom was well equipped with hair dryer, toiletries and hot water. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Prepared fresh every morning by Tamar herself, the spread was generous—almost too much to finish! It included fresh and dry fruits, breads, eggs, pancakes, fresh juices, Kompoti(compote) and much more. On the day of our early train departure, Tamar even offered to prepare breakfast earlier than usual. The care and warmth truly showed in every meal. The hospitality at this hotel is unmatched. Tamar and her family are incredibly sweet and accommodating. On our first and the last day, her daughter kindly helped with our luggage, as the property does not have an elevator. We also requested an airport transfer for a midnight arrival, and the car and driver arranged by Tamar were excellent—though slightly pricey at 100 GEL, it was well worth the convenience and comfort. This place has a beautiful family vibe. My children absolutely loved it and grew quite attached to Tamar and her family—so much so that they kept mentioning them throughout the rest of our trip. It felt less like a hotel and more like staying with extended family. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming place with a personal touch, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Everything! the room was clean, quiet with comfy beds and good shower. The city view from the room was amazing but the highlight was the best breakfasts of our holiday and Tamara's hospitality. The breakfast had variation and was home made and Tamara was happy to accommodate our needs such as an earlier breakfast time. Very highly recommended and would be our first choice if we return to Georgia. Thank you.

Nothing. We stayed in three different hotels due to circumstances of our trip and Omart Hotel completely exceeded the others - unfortunately it was fully booked for our other two stays!

You feel like you're living in a gallery curated with love. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and even come with bidets – a rare and thoughtful touch that shows their attention to detail. Breakfast deserves a special mention – it was nothing short of a feast! The spread was incredibly generous with a delicious variety of local and homemade dishes. There was so much food, it felt like we were preparing for a banquet every morning. What truly sets Omart Hotel apart is the people. A beautiful family owned hotel that was aesthetically decorated and very comfortable. The terrace had stunning views of Tbilisi. The breakfast was lavish and very, very good. But the best thing was the amazing hospitality of Tamar and her wonderful family. I will definitely come back here again

The hotel is slightly high on the hill. It’s no issue when you are walking down as you are minutes away from Meidan Square and the Hammam baths. Also the app based taxis will get you back in a jiffy.

Omart Hotel Gallery was awesome! The owner (Tamara) was so welcoming, so kind and the best host we ever experienced. We felt like home. The room was gorgeous and spacious, perfectly clean, and well-equipped with almost everything. The Breakfast is completely homemade it was was WOW. Everything was top-notch. The view was incredible, and the location was perfect right near everything. The whole experience was fantastic. It's one of the best hotels we've ever been to, and we totally recommend it. Can't wait to go back!

Omart Hotel is in a small alley in a quiet residential neighbourhood. If you are travelling light you can easily access it from the stairs from Orthachala castle bus stop on the photo. There are a few other Hotels and apartments nearby. It is 10 minutes walk to Sulphur Baths downhill. The Hotel shares the courtyard with another establishment. Omart is a small Hotel with only 6 rooms and run by a family, grandma Nelli, mom Tamara and daughters Ruso and Nino.  Tamara made every effort to make us feel home. We had a room upgrade to a room with City view. Rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom with toiletries. The Hotel walls are beatifully covered by paintings. There is a terrace at the top where you can enjoy the view at night. The breakfast is not an open buffet, but prepared to your taste. Usually it was too much with fresh fruits, haçapuri, tomatoes, fruit compote, omelette, etc and we could not finish it all.

Unfortunately there is no elevator in the Hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. our family was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Don't go there!!! - if you are not looking for the perfect hotel! We stayed at Omart Hotel for 12 days and the experience was excellent. It is a quiet little hotel with about 6 very large rooms (so you will never have annoying room neighbors) which are realtively newly decorated and kept always very clean. The rooms facing the street offer a fantastic panorama of the city, which you can also admire from the roof terrace while sitting together. In the courtyard, you'll find a charming little garden to linger in, while inside the hotel is laid out as a pretty little gallery with a 24-hour reception. The hotel is family run and just as friendly and accommodating we were treated without exception :) Whether tips, help, advice on excursions, shuttle service or just the nice conversation in between, Tamar, Ana, mom and Co. have made our stay as perfect as possible. The breakfast was always freshly prepared and very varied, who still felt hungry afterwards has done something wrong. From the hotel you can reach the old town relatively quickly, the sulfur baths are only about 10min walk away. Here you can also find plenty of restaurants of all kinds and also a small travel agency (Ushba Travel) with day trips (about 20-30 euros) at relatively fair prices. And if you still feel thirsty in the evening, you will find something in the many mini stores around the hotel or in the larger market 10min further. If we come again then definitely here. We enjoyed our stay at this little family owned hotel very much. Everyone was very kind. They tried there best to make sure we have a pleasant stay. Breakfast was homemade and everyday we enjoyed another specialty. The room was spacious and the size of the bed was huge. The hotel is located up on a hill, so the view over the city is great, but keep in mind you have to walk up the hill everyday - if you want to get there by foot. Of course you can also take a taxi or bolt.

We could hear the neighbors walking above us - depends on how noise sensitive you are.

Omart Hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful little enclave in the upper hills of the old town, away from the bustling streets but still a 5 minutes walk to the thermal baths. A perfect place to sleep in tranquility. With 6 rooms, this is a spacious boutique hotel, with equally spacious rooms, equipped to high standards, where one will experience the warm hospitality of Georgian culture. Initially a home, this hotel has a minimalist yet highly modern and curated style and was transformed into a stylish boutique hotel, with an artistic flair. The hotel still feels like the former artist’s residence, with many beautiful paintings making this place really unique to stay in. The breakfast was healthy with fruits, homemade jams and crepes, omelette and the famous Khachapuri. I would highly recommend this place. One of the best boutique hotel I stayed in for its authentic charm, high quality rooms and warm, genuine and generous hospitality from the family who is so welcoming.
