Very interesting rooms - we stayed one day in the Japanese and 4 more in the oriental room. Both are be try well decorated, air conditioning is good, silence😍 Located not far from the old Tbilisi. And the ladies on the reception are very welcoming, helping and kind🥰 Thanks a lot Vera for the help with food delivery!!🙏 we didn’t have any Georgian money yet, only euro - and she even made orders from her own card exchanging it! Helped with any question we had! Thanks a lot for this beautiful time in Tbilisi!😍🥰🙏💕 very cosy outside of the rooms too and some kittens live there🥰🐈💕

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very kind to us. The place was very cute and had a lot of character to it. The room was decent size and the balcony was nice to have.

Online it said sofa bed, but it was just a sofa you could sleep on. There wasn't anything close by within walking distance for food.

We stayed in the Oriental room which was very nicely decorated & warm when it went down to 6c The hotel is very nicely decorated with old cameras, phones & memorabilia. There is a nice seating area outside which would be great in the summer. The hotel provided a convenient drop.off & pick up airport transfer. The woman in charge was very helpful and did all she could to help. The hotel was only a 10 minutes walk from the old town. Clearer directions or a map would have been a nice touch to help us find it easier.

The hotel breakfast was served at 10 am which didn't really match with some of our early morning starts for tours. However, they were nice enough to provide breakfast that we took with us in the room the night before. It could also have done with a bit more variety. They were unclear on what tours could be offered with using my ViSA card, so I organised them myself through Booking.

Our stay at Piano Borracho in the Industrial Suite with Jacuzzi was amazing! The room was beautiful with plenty of space. It had a small balcony, a huge screen TV, laser lights for the ceiling, a great shower with lots of different settings, and of course, an amazing Jacuzzi. Everything worked well, and the bed was comfy. We were provided with slippers and a bathrobe. We also found a complimentary bottle of wine in the room! The room was warm, despite the weather outside being quite cold in December. The staff at Piano Borracho is great! The women at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend a stay in this room!

The location is a bit far from the center if you're walking. It's about 10 minutes to the sulfur bath area, and then about 20 minutes to old town. To reach the National Museum it's about a 35 minute walk. Of course, taxis and public transport are quite cheap in Tbilisi, and the walks were beautiful, so we didn't mind. The location also meant that it was a calm and quiet stay. Thanks again!

What a Fantastic stay in this Boutique Hotel with all the Antiques around. I had the Victorian room and the most comfortable bed. The Hotel is situated in Old Town Tbilisi & just a short walk from all the sights. Also I came across the most warm hearted people ever. Right from pick up at the airport to making my stay more than perfect to the planning of sightseeing and drop back to the airport, the Hotel staff was awesome. I would like to mention Vera who was super helpful & the best host ever. The Hotel has 7 rooms and every room is unique. Having travelled a lot & stayed in many Hotels, I am glad I chose Piano Borracho Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi. I highly recommend to stay in the Hotel if you are going to Tbilisi.

I like the stay in Piano Hotel, it takes you back for the "Old is Gold" era. The owner "Mr. Paata" is so helpful man with a smile always on his face. The staff were very friendly, specially Mrs. Vera who was so helpful and friendly. I surely recommend this awesome style hotel. Regardless the bad situation i had with, Mrs. Maiko, who speaks bad English and cannot communicate in a proper way with guests. She made my RPM reaches the highest level.

The location is in old tbilisi, where it's a must visit location, however, you have to walk and walk, while I'm a man who doesn't like too much walking.

Hotel is very beautiful especially the owner of hotel she helped us from checkin to checkout each and every moment. Hotel is more beautiful the photos and near to the old tiblisi walking distance. If you are travelling with family and friends i will highly recommend and i will visit this hotel again whenever i come tiblisi.

Hotel in a quiet zone of the centre of town. Supermarkets were available on the left and right side of the hotel, 3-5mins walk. Hotel room had a kettle, fridge, complimentary water, tea, toothbrushes, soaps.

The toilet of the hotel room we booked had urine smell on entry. It probably needs some deep cleaning. My partner told me he thinks he saw a mouse scattering away on entry into our room once. However, he didn’t see it again and so we didn’t inform the staff in person. The management team should look into the cleanliness of the hotel room please.

The staff is very kind and hospitality. What impressed me most was the style of the hotel. The rooms and dining room can be looked at for hours! Very good location, especially if you are by car. There is a small park nearby. Our room was small but very well organized. The Hotel is cool, recommended.
