Very atmosphere authentic place - I like decoration. Room size is good.

There was a mess with two beds - it was provided joined but then was split. There was a mess with administrator - I ordered two transfers from airport for my relatives and one manager told me one price but during check out the second manager took as more even after we explained that we agreed on lower price. There is a lift but it works strange - it did not stop on reception or floor with rooms but rather between levels. The main disappointment was the shower - there was no door and it itself was just broken

Pretty good for a 4 star hotel, comfortable and in a quiet part of town. The hotel was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The hot tub in the terrace was amazing. Didn't use the bar but it does stay open till very late. The staff were welcoming and genuinely cared. Breakfast was served till later than in most hotels.

1. No black out curtains, light comes in as soon as sun rises. So sleeping later than 7 AM was impossible. We were told however there is a refurbishment plan for later in the year to replace the curtains and carpets. 2. There was a bee hive in the terrace of our room, The cleaners did not spot it and when we told the hotel they said they would send someone but nobody came. My husband even got stung by a bee! 3. Breakfast could use some variety and faster restocking/refilling.

The king size double bed with comfy pillows! The staff were very friendly! They booked a taxi for me in their app as my app ( for the taxi was expensive than theirs!) and I could pay cash to the driver. Also the male staff carried my suitcase to the room & also back to the taxi, when I was leaving. I really appreciated late check out! 🙏🙏

The sink got clotted! I asked the staff & they said it’s repaired. But again it got clotted! I couldn’t brush in the sink! It was full of water 💦 floating in the sink. Unknowingly, I spitted thinking it is repaired but unfortunately I had to bear it with the dirty sink for a day! I just stayed for on night. But I guess it wasn’t in their hand.

Small cozy hotel, ideal location. It is a truly romantic hideaway. The staff is outstanding! They have upgraded a room category as a compliment, so we were staying in Deluxe Room with a balcony. They were also very helpful during our stay, we could reach out to them 24/7 and they would help. The breakfast is gorgeous, there was no wide selection of dishes, but everything was so tasty. Thanks for serving buckwheat, khachapuri and eggplant rolls! They have delicious filter coffee.

The Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't work properly, I guess it depends on the room's location. The pillow was hard and uncomfortable.

The Folk Boutique Hotel is just beautiful. It is like we walked into a jewelry box. Full of treasures. When we arrived we were greeted by Luka, I think he may have been the evening manager. We had an issue with the taxi driver from the airport and thankfully Luka helped us get it sorted out. He really turned around what had begun as a very negative start to our trip to Georgia. He gave us broad introduction to a country he clearly loves with many initial pointers and advice, helped us to get a late dinner and got us comfortably settled in. In the morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant and went for a long walk through the nearby park and along the river. We highly recommend staying at the Folk Boutique Hotel if given the opportunity.

It would be nice if the elevator came to the entry level floor and stoped at the room level floors but the hotel is just not constructed this way. Thankfully the staff took care of taking the bags to the room

Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.

The carpet in the bedroom was stained and marked. (They said the carpets will be changed in a months time), badly needed for this quality of hotel. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaking...... The hotel, is in general due for renovation.

The decorative touches, lovely tile bathrooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were very helpful with information and securing taxis. Couple staff pretty aloof. (Restaurant)

The breakfast area not large enough and coffee not readily available. Need to get a larger commercial system . The room was lovely but no chair with the desk and no place to sit but on the bed. Also, in the lovely shower there was no mat to prevent slipping and no grab bars. There are small steps up into the shower and toilet areas than can cause a fall. We put a bath mat by the step every night so we didn’t trip getting up at night.

The interior and the way the boutique hotel is laid out … The staff is awesome ! Respectful , friendly and so kind .. the beds are soo good - hard and topped with a marvelous topper … And the breakfast .. wow ! Such a HUGE variety of breakfast foods and sparkling wine / champagne served every day .. with cappuccino and water and salads , cheeses , and even omelette on order !

We liked every thing

I got to stay at this beautiful property during my recent trip to Tbilisi. All I can say is the hotel and especially the team absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everything was great: unique design of every room, comfortable bed and crispy bed sheets, all necessary amenities provided, excellent delicious breakfast, amazing view from the room to the city or park. In addition to the above, what really stood out were the people. I have never seen such incredible team of professionals who treated every guest with so much warmth and respect. I would like to especially thank Ani, Tamara, Goga, Georgi from the front desk and another Tamara (the kindest woman who worked at the breakfast restaurant for being so attentive and constantly going out of her way to make sure I could have something suitable for my diet). I have also witnessed a very challenging situation where the whole team had to deal with extremely difficult entitled guests - needless to say they handled the situation smoothly and gracefully. I would strongly recommend the hotel to others and cannot wait to stay there myself again.

The hotel has a super nice design. It's focused on the Georgian folklore, all designs are super stylish and educational at the same time. The rooms are very comfortable, with a good bed, tea kettle and fridge. The hotel has a nice bar with an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a warm night. The hotel is not right in the old city centre, you'll need to take a taxi or have a walk. But it's an advantage because the area around hotel is very quiet and peaceful (unlike the city centre).

The only wish for improvement is having some snacks in the bar, currently after breakfast time it's only drinks.
