Everything From The Beginning Till the end Is Perfect, The Stay itself Made Our Journey to Georgia Very Nice. Staff Is Very Good & Professional, Speak English Good, Fast Responsive to our Requestes. Housekeeping Is very Good, Every day They Do the Room & Fill up Mini Bar. Location Is Very Very Special,In the Heart of the old city with Very Nice City View Showing Most of the Landmarks, Specially 3rd & 4th Floor,So Morning & Night you will Enjoy The Most Beautiful View. Room Is Good With all Supplements Needed In Bathroom,Hot water always There, Bed & Pillows were Comfortable,Mini Bar With Tea, Coffee,Sugar & Water Refilled Daily,Double Room Is Good For 2 persons, Family Rooms Suitable For Largere Number. Breakfast Is Very Delicious & Variant With Very Nice Georgian Products,Also HALAL Products Is available, The View During Breakfast From 5th Floor Is Spectacular. WiFi is Very Fast & Stable through out the entire Places, Also Smart TV Screen available In Room With a wide variety of Channels & Programs. One Day We wanted them to prepare lunch box for us as we will move early in the morning before breakfast started & They Responded very quickly & Prepared. Also We wanted to extend our stay for more 3 days & They Responded very Fast & Easy.

The hotel is not far from the centre. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. I noticed that there was one particularly enthusiastic member of staff at breakfast who was very attentive to what was going on and, if anyone had messed up, he cleaned it up immediately, and if anything was out, he replenished it immediately. Everyone is very friendly, the view of the city from the room is lovely, and the hotel is a bit removed from the centre so the area is quite quiet.

The road suggested by GoogleMaps is closed due to roadworks. This might be a bit of a challenge for some. The bar was closed in the evening, and I didn't see any drink vending machines. It's not far to the nearest shop, but maybe it would be worth considering that someone would like to drink something in the evening and this is not just the free bottle of water (or coffee or tea) that is waiting for him in the room. But that's a small thing.

Stayed in the junior suit with balcony. The bed was super comfy. The room and bathroom very clean. Location is walkable distance to many tourist attractions. The room was warm and good. Breakfast had lot of variety and kept us full till evening.

The view from one side of balcony was not very desirable because of some old vacant buildings. Other side is city view and good. The walk back to hotel was tiresome as it was a steep hill. So we used taxi while returning and it's only 5 lari or less from freedom square. Didn't use much of balcony as it was very cold.

Great location, walking distance to almost everything + several metro stations. excellent room and good breakfast. The view from the balcony in the room was a highlight of the trip! Room was very clean and had everything we could wish for. Special thanks to Christine at the front desk who helped us out when we had to make some last minute changes to our booking. The solution we were offered was better than anything we could have hoped for, the staff was overall very accommodating and nice!

The walls between the rooms were a tad thin, we could hear our neighbors, though for the most part it wasnt a big problem. My friend struggled to sleep a bit with the thermostat being turned up so high at night.

We were a family of three couple and a child. The hotel was excellent for the value. We requested for room with a view and what exceptional views of the city we got too good. The room was beautiful neat and clean. Services were also very good . Good responsive staff and reception. Honestly I have zero complaints. The breakfast had variety of options which changed every 2 days. Plus it was halal. All in all I am so pleased that I will stay here again if I come .

Our stay at SOLE PALACE HOTEL was absolutely amazing! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback.

Everything was great. We have requested a baby cot and they provided. Because of baby, cleanse so important for us, this hotel so Clean and comfortable and it has a lift. Breakfast was great.

Location is great, however, hotel located a bit high point of Tbilisi. Walking up to hotel a bit hard.

It was in the best location possible on top of Tbilisi and really nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful in every aspect. So clean and well equipped room. Nice breakfast in the morning with a good amount of choices.

The internet was the only small issue. It was good speed but for some reason(maybe heavy use or amount of guests in the hotel) the WiFi was down sometimes. Specially when you were watching content on the smart TV, suddenly WiFi disconnected and you could see in TV setting that the WiFi is not discoverable. The same scenario with the smartphone. Also one more thing, the tea in rooms is different from the tea in breakfast. The breakfast tea was much nicer and higher quality than the tea bags in the room. These are just me being really picky.

It was our first time in Tbilisi, and this hotel made a very good first impression! First, the location is amazing. It’s very near the old town (you have to walk a bit uphill but I didn’t mind it since it’s a nice walk). Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place and I’d stay here again when I go back to Tbilisi.

Close to city center, Many market and restaurant at walking distance. 20 Minutes to Airport. water jet and Toilet paper in the washroom. Great Breakfast. Lot of options for vegetarians. Must try their freshly baked croissants. Parking space for car.

They don't accept dollars. No laundry bag in the room.
