Excellent location, lovely view of Holy Trinity Church from our room and the rooftop terrace. Approximately 5 mins walk to the sulfur bath houses. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and has excellent variety. Staff was helpful even though they are not fluent in English. Availability of parking in front of the Hotel

Hotel is located on a small hill - you have to walk up and down the hill to reach the old town - keep this in mind if you are unfit !

Location - if you are like us and love challenging walks/hikes, this hotel is for you! We love the hill/ slope and make sure you wear your most comfortable shoes of any color except white! This hotel is close to tourist spots, restaurants, tours outside Tbilisi, and shopping! View - simply breathtaking any time of the day, rain or shine! Best chilling with wine and fresh fruits! Food - the buffet-style breakfast is hearty and homey! Customer Service - excellent in every sense of the word! Cleanliness - OK Personal feedback - I wish they placed 1 cushion on the bed and not 2 cushions joined together. It is OK but my OCD brain does not rest well.

Room is small but clean and comfy. View from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast is superb and freshly served. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Hotel is at the center of Old Tbilisi. And also it’s 3min walk to Thai restaurant which is very good and affordable.

Going out to the city is fine but coming back to the hotel, u will need to walk uphill which is okay with us coz u can always take a taxi which will cost u 3-4 lari only. For us we still prefer this Hotel coz its quite and its a perfect place where u can rest comfortably.

Brooch Hotel is a really cute hotel, very close to the "bath quarter" and Meydan in Tbilisi. It's within walking distance from all those "hot spots", but due to its location uphill quiet (if it weren't for the building site next door they are currently dealing with!) and offers the most magnificent view over Tbilisi. Breakfast on their beautiful terrace with the city spread out in front of you is really something. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a big choice and was very nice. Best of all is the staff. All of them are adorable and make you feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. I really recommend this hotel.

One minor thing - a shelf in our room broke. It was already flimsy and crushed when we put things on it.

The breakfast was the best we've had in hotels!! The cateen staff was welcoming and there was a terrace with a great view. The panoramic view from the room was fantastic, made possible by the location, the floor-to-ceiling glass doors & windows, and the balcony! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central and high up in the hills.

There was construction outside, which was loud and dusty, but it should be a temporary problem, also the sound isolation was okay if you close the doors. The room was smaller than expected but not bad.

The location is perfect if you want to explore Old Tblisi because it's nearby almost all the tourist spots. The staff especially Rezo (Harry Potter) was very helpful and accommodating. Aside from being the manager, he is also an awesome tour guide. The property has all the essential facilities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

No major issues, any lacking facility is available upon request.

The room was very clean, the balcony was large and beautiful. Especially the staff was very polite and respectful regarding meet our demands. No matter what time it is, they are helpful in a friendly way. It's close to the old town city center. If you go by car, you can park in front of the hotel. If you want to go to a far distance part of the city, the minibus passes in front of the hotel. This is the great hotel where you will want to take a rest after a tiring day.

The short distance we walk from the city center to the hotel, you have to walk uphill. However, it is not tiring and it can be ignored considering the amenities offered by this hotel.
