Breakfast was quite various, the room was clean and spacious, the facility of self laundry was quite helpful. The location quite prime and close to tourist attraction.,

Room service ordered was a bad experience. Called in room dining and after an hour still not arrived when we called again, they forgot the room number and asked us to order again. That was really bad service especially it was already 10pm and my son was really hungry.

Breakfast was nice always fresh and yummy staff were very friendly really appreciate there smiling and helpful Reception Maria she is awesome and has amazing smile and helpful she making my day Mr. Nika (Carrier bags) special thanks he is very kind person and helps me he was awesome ms. Mariami Chachanidze is a great mean for customer experience she was help me always and has a nice smile with all welcoming appreciate you dear. ms. Sophie thanks to you- reception. Ania & Nina & Mariam also nice Gym there and restaurant is excellent

there is nothing not like it is really a wonderful place I recommend to all for a nice and amazing place like Hilton garden inn now it my favorite place.

Room is nice! Restaurant view is fantastic. The receptionist Nerse is good because when we did our check out he is the only one ask, "How's our stay" and also luca is very helpful for us. Those staff has to be given an appreciation. Thank you Hilton!

Breakfast is good there is some variation of food but some foods is cold, like the fried rice, sausage it's should be in a warming serving dish Coffee machine is not in a good condition we have to fall in line to make our coffee.

The breakfast and service were very good, I had tasty oats most mornings, and I was happy it was on the menu.

I didn't like that booking.com gave me a total price, and when it was time to pay at the end of my stay, the hotel staff gave me a total of almost USD 400 more than what I booked online! It was eventually sorted, luckily I had a screenshot for proof but it spoilt my mood tremendously!

Room has a nice sofa bed which can be used as an extra bed by a family. The room was sufficiently spacious and had a good river view.

Room layout is highly unusual with no division between bedroom and bathroom. The wash sink is directly connected to bedroom. The toilet and bath area does not have door lock. Hence, there is no way to separate bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was average.

We recently had an excellent stay at this hotel. One of the standout aspects was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff at the reception (Ms. Mariam) 2. From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any questions or requests made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests truly set this hotel apart. I can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Average rooms fr a 5* hotel. The sliding door on the cupboard is very strangely designed, once opened nobody can cross over to the toilet .A proper cupboard is in order. Infact wondered what purpose it served 🤔 Ambience should be a little upped, not commensurate with the price of the room

Clean rooms with great views. Food and coffee is good too. Wish they had some sort of partition between the washroom and the beds. The shower head in one of our rooms was broken and immediately fixed when we informed the staff. Location is about 10-15mins drive away from the centre of the city but taxis are easily available. Overall a great stay
