Everything EXCEPT for the loud music in the lobby. Amazingly clean. It a brand new building (or renovated) - Western European/USA style rooms.

a) The lobby was a wonderful place to sit with ONE exception - the loud music. I do not know if this is this particular IBIS or that culturally people prefer loud music. I spent most of my life in USA, and did not appreciate the music. b) I love long walks so I did not mind the fact that it was a 45 minute to the tourist aware. Some others might like it less. BUT -- it a brand new building (or renovated) - Western European/USA style rooms. It IS in a nice neighborhood - just a 45 minute walk from the historical area.

The rooms were great and clean. Staff was kind and friendly.

There is no relaxing area or kids' playroom After 9 p.m., the restaurant closed, and we were not allowed to sit in the areas. The security officer asked us to leave. We were 2 families, so we wanted to socialise with the kids.

The breakfast option was great. The staff were at the reception and cafe are very friendly from check-in to check out. They are always ready to assist in all our needs during our stay. We truly appreciate the cafe manager for assistance in bring the food to our room and the lady at the reception who was very helpful in our request to print a document!

Would be great if the hotel will have room service.

Big, comfortable, completely new hotel with a good location, not such busy and noisy like centre. So pretty nice staff guys. Good breakfast. Amazing view from big panoramic windows on high floors!

Pay attention please to water in coolers, it was not clean in my case…

Great and peaceful place to stay for long or short period. Friendly staff and good location. Inside the room enough space and everything what do you need for daily life: temperature control, comfortable bed, desk, hair dryer, lights and sockets. Modern design and quite room. Highly recommend !!

I had a fantastic experience at Ibis Tbilisi City Hotel. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and ideally situated near Tbilisi's Old Town, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. My room was cozy and well-designed, offering a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding hills

Property is very new. Location is attractive and the building is very easy to find. A tall building is visible from far distance. Overall service was excellent. Reception team was smiley and supportive. Design is colorful and bright. Room was lovely. Great panoramic views and this is a big plus of high building.

The best part was the staff members, very humble, always smiling and ready to help for everything you ask for.

To be true, when we speak to any local person, most of the time they were rude. However, Hotel staff were very humble, well trained and empathetic.

Just better than most (small) hotels in Tbilisi. Clean, good breakfast and excellent WIFI. The staff is friendly and hard working.

The breakfast can be chaotic when large groups are present.
