I’ve stayed in hotels across many countries over the years, but my recent experience at Reed Hotel Tbilisi truly stands out, not just for the comfortable stay, but for the extraordinary kindness and trust shown by the staff. When I arrived to check in after a long and exhausting flight, I was having a temporary issue with my bank and couldn’t complete the payment at that moment. To my surprise, the hotel manager, Tiko, kindly offered to let us check in anyway and pay later once the issue was resolved, without any pressure or hesitation. It was a gesture of trust and hospitality I had never experienced before at any hotel. Our stay was for three nights, and I was so caught up in our plans and rest that I actually forgot I hadn’t paid yet until the second night! I immediately went to the front desk and paid, and what amazed me even more was that no one had reminded me or even mentioned it during our entire stay. That level of understanding and respect is rare, and it left a deep impression on me. This kind of generosity and human warmth, especially when you're tired from travel, is something I’ll never forget. Thank you again, Tiko, and the other kind lady who welcomed us at check-in; you turned what could have been a stressful moment into a beautiful memory. Highly recommended!

A Truly Amazing Stay at Reed Hotel Tbilisi From the moment we arrived at Reed Hotel Tbilisi, I knew we were in for something special. The hotel has such a sleek, modern design, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s located in a quiet yet central area, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring the city. The staff here really stood out. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure our stay was perfect. They gave us great recommendations on places to visit and eat, and it honestly felt like we were being treated like family. Our room was fantastic – spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Plus, the view from our room was incredible, overlooking the city and the surrounding hills. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop bar. The views of Tbilisi from up there are breathtaking, and it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also amazing, offering a variety of options.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Reed Hotel Tbilisi. From the moment we walked in, We were greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The receptionist, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff throughout the hotel were equally accommodating and made me feel at home. Overall, our experience at Reed Hotel was outstanding, largely thanks to the exception service provided by SHALVA, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Shout out to my friend LUCKY (the cat was so friendly we wish we could bring you home.)

They have the restaurant in the terrace with an amazing view of the city. The staff are very helpful and always ready to tend to any needs you have. All the staff are well versed and knowledgable. The breakfast was amazing and I'm sure the lunch will also be great even though I didn't try it out. My wife and I really enjoyed the tours also offered via the hotel contact. Would strongely recommend staying here. Thank you Reed Hotel for the amazing experience.

The room was amazing; I also really liked the view on the 15th floor where I had my breakfast. It's a great place and really quiet too.

Next to my room was I believe a storeroom with all the cleaning equipment, and I often heard people talk quite loudly next to my door outside. It's hard to say if they were guests or staff members, but I guess the latter.

Their design is very modern and up to date. The staffs are very lovely and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the ambiance on the 15th floor specifically during sun rise with an excellent view of the city. They have alot of Christmas decorations which we enjoyed seeing as its almost Christmas when we stayed. All in all we are happy with our stay and would definitely recommend

Location wise its a bit far from the usual tourist attractions but if you have a guide then its fine. The signage needs to be bigger as we got confused looking for the hotel.

This is one of the best properties I’ve lived at in a very long time. The suites are big and spacious and comfy. The toilets are great and shower is awesome. The staff is so friendly and cooperative that they will go to all distances to make your stay exceptional. The food options are simply amazing and they have great food service. The rooftop has a bird’s eye view of the city. The proximity to the city is 5-min away by a cab. The TV has screen mirroring/NETFLIX/youtube, so you won’t be bored while in the room.

The cleaning lady didnt clean our floor for few days then we tolt the staff and ony then they started to wash the floor. Our room had dirty stains on the walls. Only 1 socket for charging near the bed on both sides you can’t charge your phone and have the minifrige on the same time.

Friendly staff in general ( female receptionist was very hospitable)…. We had a very good welcoming by the female receptionist and a very good farewell by the male receptionist.. amazing staff .. the breakfast room colleague was exceptional too… Clean rooms..

May be the area just outside the hotel needs a bit of space … too crowded so no guests can get a bit lost without seeing a proper pathway…

The ambiance of hotel is very modern. It is clean and the staff were prompt. The location of the hotel is also good you just need to really go out and discover it. There are near store and pharmacy. The hotel is also good in security because they wont allow outsiders to come unless they have the elevator card. They are so nice that they gave us wine as gift during our wedding. The food are also good and enjoyed it a lot. Definitely will come back to this hotel if we will come back to Georgia.
