Very clean place and breakfast was good. Staff are nice especially their Manager, very helpful.

The location is at the top floor of the building. No reception on the ground floor or any person that will welcome you. So make sure to read their message and instructions beforehand. Buy sim card at the airport so you can call their manager once you arrive.

hotel staff were very friendly. Especially when we went for breakfast, I always saw the smiling faces of the working ladies towards me. The breakfast section was very clean and nice. The smoking and relaxation section of the hotel, located in the private upper section, was also very clean and tidy. hotel room was clean. and the location of the hotel was in a safe place. And we had no problems with the internet. The internet was working very well even in the breakfast section. And I would like to thank again and again the 4 ladies working in the breakfast section.

A new, nice, and pleasant hotel conveniently located at the city entrance. There are shops and a pharmacy downstairs, making it very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with both indoor and terrace dining options.

It would be nice to have a chair for the writing table. Additionally, I've noticed a recurring issue in many Tbilisi hotels: the reception staff often lack friendliness and proficiency in English. This is the seventh time I've encountered unwelcoming behavior from front desk personnel in both hotels and restaurants. Guests should feel cared for, supported, and comfortable upon arrival. Another suggestion: if the hotel isn't fully booked, avoid placing guests with small children next to those without. This consideration would help ensure a more peaceful stay for everyone. Improving these aspects is crucial to retaining guests.

The location is nice & quite, very peaceful atmosphere little bit cold if you open the balcony door, there is a split air conditioner working very well. The room is clean & toilet too the bed is comfortable & new furniture. The staff are amazing the manager is very understanding & helping.. he assisted us even after we left the hotel. As we left some money $ & gifts & stuff for our family to collect from the manager’s office & he handed them with honesty. Thanks to him big time..

I didn’t like the no free breakfast option with the staying. Also, the toilet has no hand held wash tube but the manager advised us that they are planning to change all the toilets to have this facility soon.

The most liked things about the property are the: - Reception Service specially for Ms. Tina who supported for the checking-In process. - Staff who were very friendly and helpful. - Room Service. - Location of the Hotel near the Kura River and some good city views. - Nearby many options for the super store. - Spacious Room - Breakfast was also very good.

Everything was good but we didn't comfortable for the following: - Iron was not provided. - Microwave was not provided. - Check-In process was tedious and it was difficult to access reception at 12th Floor.

Room was very clean with all the amenities, staff was kind as well.

The hotel is located in the 12th floor of a residential apartment slightly outskirts of Tbilisi city. The way upto to the hotel is confusing as there is nobody to guide on how to pass through the access points. So it takes sometime to figure out the entrance for a tourist.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel, with a good price, clean and tidy room, helpful staff, great location in a quiet and calm street. Hotel also have parking. The hotel building requires code for the door and elevator, which increase level of security. The building area contains supermarkets, bakery, and near there is also a very nice gym.

I liked everything. Everything was great.

The room was small, but comfortable. Air conditioning was annoying at times, but once you figure out how it works, it works like a charm, especially with Georgian weather in summer. Place was quiet, bed, really comfy and the shutters can make the room real dark even in the middle of the day, if you need a nap. Rooms are safe, room service is really good!

The downside was that we didn't really have a balcony, even though description said Kings size bed, with balcony! It was just a metal bar covering the door. But at least the view to the city made up of it.

A lovely and cozy hotel with excellent pricing, well-maintained rooms, and friendly, attentive staff. It's conveniently located on a quiet, peaceful street and offers parking. The hotel has code-required door and elevator for safety and comfortable stay. The sunrise view in the morning was impressive.

Helpful staff, early check in provided even though we announced late, parking available in the building grounds, safe, decent breakfast, good room with a relatively nice view.

Few things we found in the room could have been cleaner, not sure if this was because of our fault as they didn't have enough time to properly setup because of our request for early checkin, but not a big deal at all.
