The breakfast was good. Not many options, but it was still fresh and tasty. Besides there was coffe, tea, sugar, bicuits and waffles available in the kitchen any time you need some coffe or tea. That was nice. Plus, they upgraded us to a better room. The mini hotel was not in the center of historical part, yet it was not far either, and nearby there was a bus stop, so you could pick a bus, that costs 1 GEL,, 36 cents, and got to the historical part in 5 stops. The trafic is light, and the stops are not distant, so it takes some 5-7 minutes to reach the place. So, considering the low price and the fact that the hotel was newly built unlike most mini-hotels in Tbilisi, that's quite a good option. Irina from the staff is very helpfull, she is a very good person.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy for me, so I could not fall asleep with it on. And the heating was not on.

Great hotel with excellent facilities and a good breakfast. Everything was clean, with cozy rooms and yard next to the hotel. The location is perfect, just next to the bus station, making it very convenient.There are a lot of fruit and everyday stores. Special thanks to Georgi at the reception – he was exceptionally supportive and very kind, truly made our stay even better😍😍

The staff were kind . Hotel was not in Down Town but it was possible to access within 10 minutes riding or by bus station near the hotel . I booked Economy Room but they gave me Standard one .

Breakfast was not as expected . It was just a few simple Items . When I entered the room , The room was too cold , but it solved by hotel staff .

The room was very nice and the price was very affordable. The staff was very professional and very nice and helpful. We received free breakfast with our one night stay and the breakfast included cucumbers and cheese and bread and coffee and some coleslaw of some type and some Cold cut meat.Good honest people work at this hotel.

There was a little smell in the bathroom When we arrived and it was still there when we left. We forgot to tell the staff before we left🤦‍♂️ It was not a smell from from lack of cleanliness, I think it was sewer or septic related.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the Administrator boy was kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. A genuinely pleasant experience overall.

Hotel was clean, rooms quite big. Stuff ready to help me. Big window so therr was many lights and fresh air in the room.

Stuff doesnt speak a word of english breakfast starts at 9am, nothings for me to eat they dont answer on messages wrong location on booking

Unfortunately if you get a room on the ground floor you can hear everything happening in the reception. It can be pretty noisy
