Location was great. Not a super touristy area but close to the metro station to get to the areas of interest. Breakfast was great. Owner gave us some tips on places to visit.

The bed was not the best. Base seemed to be broken or not sturdy mattress so the mattress slumped and creaked a lot, but we've had worse.

While not boasting extravagant features, the hotel proved to be a suitable choice for a brief one or two-day visit. The rooms were clean and provided a cozy environment for our stay. The staff members were friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall impression. Situated just a 3-minute walk away from a metro station, navigating the city was effortless. Additionally, the presence of several shops nearby further added to the convenience.

While the overall quality of the breakfast was satisfactory, we were disappointed by the limited variety of options available. In addition, we encountered challenges with the Wi-Fi signal during our stay. The connection was often weak and inconsistent, making it frustrating to stay connected. Furthermore, our room unfortunately suffered from a noise issue. The street sounds infiltrated our space, disrupting the desired calmness.

Cozy hotel, many shops around, a bus stop and a tube station "300 Aragveli". Very welcoming and attentive staff. Quick effective everyday clean-up (you get asked whether you want it today). The breakfast is tasty and diverse. Many thanks to everyone involved in making our stay comfortable, especially to the manager Victoria. Great location, even though not roght in the city centre but very close and in a nice area, close to the main road to the Tbilisi Airport.

Lack of ventilation in the shower (no fan)

The staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly thanks to Victoria, Tikla and Liza all of them were there for me at anytime and helped me with a lot of things.💕💕😊 The room size was good.

The only thing is the shower water was always cold and that is because of some guests who leave their showroom bidet hot water open. They just need to change the bedsheets and covers as it was old.

Very quiet area, not far from the center, 15-20 minutes walk. Clean room, everything you need. What you need for a couple of days! Modest, but quite tasty breakfast, which is very good for this price. Very hospitable and friendly hotel staff! 🙂

There was a constant obnoxious smell in the bathroom of the room 103 where we stayed.

I loved how it was clean, everything. it is amazing hotel to stay in Tbilisi. so friendly and lovely staff. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel. I will come back for sure!

Very nice stay

Break fast was OK but with very little options. Locality was good. Easy access to city center & Airport. Staff was very helpful especially Ms. Victoria had handled us very well. She was always there in case of any emergencies.
