This hotel has good breakfast, especially for Asian people, they provide different main food in the morning(rice, noodle, macaroni), also they have friendly employees with nice smiles every time, also the room is clean and fantastic, it has hot water for shower 24/7, really warm AC, temps inside feels like as hot summer, only needs wearing T-shirt, also it with great view of the mountain if you choose the room number with double digits. Of course, they have a smart black neighbourhood dog as one their teams, how sweet they are, like a family! Maybe this is the best hotel in memory. Strongly recommendation!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Palace. From the moment I arrived the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable even I arrived so early around 6am and he even allowed me to checked in right away. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was okay— not the best but okay. I’ve been to Georgia 3x already, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed the special facilities like restaurant and breakfast. Pool is close since it’s winter time, but overall it made my stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out to me, however, was the excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and provided great local recommendations. I truly felt valued as a guest. I will definitely be returning here in the future and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Actually they transferred me from Grand Palace to Residence Plaza hotel who owner are same person.I loved Residence Plaza.Very valuable and perfect personality works there.I love all team and will come back again definitely.But I didn’t stay in Grand Palace and I can’t rate this hotel.

Everything was perfect.But not this hotel.The next door is Residence Plaza which is great hotel and great teamwork

The bellboy was very nice and helpful. The hotel is normal, but compared to other hotels with the same price, not that good.

The reception boy couldn't speak Georgian, and his English was poor. When I complained about it, I got scolded by the manager because I wasn't supporting him, since he was from Ukraine. While I was talking to him, he had a lot of sarcastic expressions and didn't talk to us properly. The blanket was in the wardrobe, so we had to put it into a cover, when I complained about it, they said the season was over and that's why, while it's quite cold right now.

New Building, Beautiful balcony view of the city, peaceful location, 5 min drive to the old Tbilisi city and most of the tourist attractions. Staffs were very co-operative specially Ms. Nino and Natali. They always welcomed and helped us with smiling face. Breakfast was good, they had a rice in the menu, and they do offer halal foods. I simply loved my stay there.

It was really comfortable hotel , with friendly staff specially the manager, breakfast was really perfect and variable with cold and hot buffet, room’s view was not special but its little balcony was usable i think for who smoke ! The location was a little far from the center of city and you must take taxi to go everywhere ! Not because of distance but because of the location ! Totally it was just really nice by its price

The location as I explained , if you are walker person in your trips it is a little hard for you :)

The view was incredible. We could see the main attractions from our room. The breakfast was vegetarian friendly, everything was fresh. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. We were given a bottle of water each day.

It would be nice to have more power sockets (there was just one in the room and one in bathroom). So for instance we could either charge one phone or have the mini fridge on). The hair dryer provided in the room is a bit dangerous (it is the old type of hair dryer that can burn and melt).

We had our great stay, staff are friendly and accomodating. Foods are superb 👌 I Highly recommended this hotel when it comes on budget, good service and place.

Nothing everything went well. ❤️ We checked out at 12.10 noon and since we had 4hours more for a short tour in the city they let us leave our luggages for awhile till we came back. A good gesture 😍

It is a perfect choice to stay in this hotel, the location is calm but in very center, surrounded by tons of restaurants and walking paths, facilities are new, perfect modern room with comfortable bed fully equipped, and breakfast buffet was delicious, and staff was very welcoming and very helpful specially thanks to ms natali , I definitely come again. And strongly recommend its value for money..

The people who work there are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is amazing.

The hotel itself needs some renovations, the shower doesn’t have doors so the water always goes out
