Absolutely nothing at all

The breakfast was good, had many varieties and served with very caring staff.

I forgot to collect my passport from reception during check-in, and the receptionist failed to return or inform me about it. I only realized this the next day, just before leaving for the airport. If I hadn’t noticed, I could have missed my flight.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the wonderful team who made my stay more comfortable and pleasant Special thanks to Miss Natalie at the reception for her lovely smile her kind attitude and all the help she provided Also many thanks to Mr Shako at the reception for his professionalism and continuous support And I would like to thank Miss Mary the restaurant waitress for her excellent service and constant smile that added a nice touch to every meal Thank you all for the warm welcome and great care and I wish you continued success and happiness

My experience has been exceptional. Spacious modern hotel with facilities and beautiful views.The restaurant food is amazingly delicious .The staff are so professional polite and helpful.A big Thank you to Neno ,Neko ,Hadia , George and all the others who represent the beautiful face of Georgia.

The dining experience was a highlight as well. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that satisfied both my taste buds and my aesthetic cravings. The breakfast spread was diverse and catered to various preferences, setting a positive tone for my stay. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and ambience was impressive and created a cosy and inviting atmosphere. My room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the stunning views from my window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff's commitment to exceptional service. They were always available to assist with any request or question, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Plaza! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but the real highlight of our experience was Nena. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. She went above and beyond by assisting us with finding local shopping markets and great places to eat, making our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her warm personality truly made us feel at home. Residence Plaza is very lucky to have someone like Nena — she made all the difference in our trip. Thank you, Nena!

Front of House Nino’s service was extremely excellent and exceptional. She was very helpful friendly and made every interaction so personal. She spoke to my mother-in-law and I like we were old friends, and she called our rooms to say goodbye when she knew we were checking out earlier than her starting time on our last night. We could stay at this hotel again honestly even if it’s just to interact with Nino.

Breakfast was a little bland. It was the same daily, and could have been served hotter for those of us who do not like microwave ovens. The vegetables were amazing, but we could have done with a little bit more fresh fruits as well. Generally good, but could be better.

The staff on reception were really lovely & helpful

The gym - it’s poorly equipped and most of the equipment is broken. Don’t go there expecting to get a good workout.

It was a greate hotel with a lovely , freindly and supportive staff. Clean and nice breakfast. Even they prepaired fruit plate every morning for me.The staff were really nice, kind and supportive. I felt home during my stay. One of the staffs even followed me to a stor to help me charge a georgian simcard. They helped alot in different situations. It was a greate experience in this hotel. The location is not that much near to the main parts of the city and you can not catch those part by walk. We mostly took bolt as a taxi . It was much more cheaper than taking a usual taxi. It was also a small store in front of the hotel.

Why I am going to stay at here next time: It is at the city center, you can go anywhere by 10-15 mins of taxi trip. Breakfast is open buffet. The quality and variety of food is really good. Beds, mirrors and other parts of the rooms are clean enough. They change whatever you want to be changed instantly. My bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby.. And last but not least, I would like to thank to the staff. They are so friendly and nice. They answer your needs 7/24 with kindness and a sincere smile.

There was not a major negative thing that I remember to list here.
