Absolutely nothing at all

The breakfast was good, had many varieties and served with very caring staff.

I forgot to collect my passport from reception during check-in, and the receptionist failed to return or inform me about it. I only realized this the next day, just before leaving for the airport. If I hadn’t noticed, I could have missed my flight.

My experience has been exceptional. Spacious modern hotel with facilities and beautiful views.The restaurant food is amazingly delicious .The staff are so professional polite and helpful.A big Thank you to Neno ,Neko ,Hadia , George and all the others who represent the beautiful face of Georgia.

The dining experience was a highlight as well. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that satisfied both my taste buds and my aesthetic cravings. The breakfast spread was diverse and catered to various preferences, setting a positive tone for my stay. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and ambience was impressive and created a cosy and inviting atmosphere. My room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the stunning views from my window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff's commitment to exceptional service. They were always available to assist with any request or question, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

It was a greate hotel with a lovely , freindly and supportive staff. Clean and nice breakfast. Even they prepaired fruit plate every morning for me.The staff were really nice, kind and supportive. I felt home during my stay. One of the staffs even followed me to a stor to help me charge a georgian simcard. They helped alot in different situations. It was a greate experience in this hotel. The location is not that much near to the main parts of the city and you can not catch those part by walk. We mostly took bolt as a taxi . It was much more cheaper than taking a usual taxi. It was also a small store in front of the hotel.

Front of House Nino’s service was extremely excellent and exceptional. She was very helpful friendly and made every interaction so personal. She spoke to my mother-in-law and I like we were old friends, and she called our rooms to say goodbye when she knew we were checking out earlier than her starting time on our last night. We could stay at this hotel again honestly even if it’s just to interact with Nino.

Breakfast was a little bland. It was the same daily, and could have been served hotter for those of us who do not like microwave ovens. The vegetables were amazing, but we could have done with a little bit more fresh fruits as well. Generally good, but could be better.

The gym - it’s poorly equipped and most of the equipment is broken. Don’t go there expecting to get a good workout.

We really had an amazing stay at Hotel Residence plaza. The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the great gesture by Nene who provided us the most comfortable room with best balcony view. Also the kitchen staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, we opted for breakfast and got to try different varieties everyday. Once they provided drinking water bottles at midnight as well, and also they denied to take any take any additional charges for the same, it was really great gesture from them. The hotel location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, cabs reaching the hotel so easily and on quick time. View from the dinning area balcony was another awesome thing to look for. Overall we really had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything was fine for us.

The stay was great. All the staff at the reception were very friendly. We arrived early in the morning (3-4 hours before check-in) and the staff kindly offered us an early check-in. For all our requests they helped us and offered a good solution, thank you! We tried the sauna, billiards and gym there. The gym is free, everything else is extra. We were pleasantly surprised that we could watch Netflix movies on the TV in our room. The view from the room was great (towards the TV tower on Mount Mtatsminda). The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice and a view of the mountains from the terrace.

Gym requires renovation. The room was a bit cold during our stay (17.02 - 22.02).

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service! We recently stayed at this hotel during a vacation with family and friends, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The reception, especially Nino, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was excellent in every aspect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although it's about 10 minutes from the city center, the short distance was hardly noticeable with the affordable taxi fares. We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!
