Lady at the reception was lovely, kind and always willing to help. Nice lobby area and overall concept.

The rooms don’t have any light-blocking curtains, thus once the sun is up, the rooms are bright as day and for people like me sleeping becomes impossible. Pack a sleeping mask if that’s something you can sleep better with in such a situation. Earplugs also are required because Georgian buildings just aren’t very soundproof in general. Upon arrival the night clerk saw a taxi driver was trying to rip me off and unfortunately did nothing to help, didn’t even kick him out. Luckily I am a strong woman, but I wish he would have stood up against injustice and helped someone traveling solo instead of just watching the situation. Guests like to feel safe.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff are absolutely amazing – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you might need: hairdryer, shampoo, soap, bottled water, coffee, and air conditioning. The beds are especially comfortable, and cleaning service is available upon request. We booked two rooms: A double room with a nice balcony – a bit small but cozy, and a triple room which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good Overall, a great place to stay with warm hospitality and good value!

While the hotel is located a bit outside the city center (about a 15-minute walk or 7-minute drive), it offers a peaceful atmosphere. Just a small note – the street leading to the hotel can feel a bit dark and isolated at night, so if you're walking, it's something to be aware of

The bed was comfortable, and the room was impressively quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. The hotel's design was nice, and its location was convenient for the area we wanted to visit.

We booked a few days in advance and specifically requested an early check-in between 12:00 and 13:00, which was officially confirmed by the staff, who even offered taxi service. Despite this, when we arrived at 12:10 after a long journey, our room wasn't ready. There was no apology, and the staff seemed unprofessional, arguing among themselves. Once they realized the mistake, they rushed to prepare our room, which was finally ready by 13:30. After such a long trip, we really wanted to rest and freshen up, so this delay was quite disappointing. It felt like our special request was acknowledged but then overlooked, which negatively impacted our stay.

Breakfast place is beautiful, but every day the same and overall not tasty for me

The location was good, everything was clean and the staff were super nice. Everything we needed was handled immediately and the value for money is exact. The hotel is also very pleasant to the eye and close to public transportation.

The pillows, are literally the worst i have ever experienced. The mattress was not comfortable. It was too soft, and uneven throughout the bed. I know my wife's parents from the other room had the same experience. We were 4 people, and 3 of us decided to sleep without the pillows.

It was descent price inclusive of daily breakfast, clean, interior design, AC in the room, bidet and the staff

Location doesn’t favor much family with kids because of the walking from and to the public transport. The hotel is a little up on the hill and bit distance from the center. Also there isn’t much near restaurant around and therefore make sure you get your stomach full before heading back to hotel.

The staff was one of the best people we met in Georgia. This was the last hotel in our 6-day trip. They were very accommodating and went the extra mile to make us and the kids comfortable. Hotel is clean as shown in the pics. One of the few true to its online image.

The access to the hotel is not easy for big vehicles, we had a Mercedes-Benz sprinter and we could not come direct to the hotel door. So the driver had to park the vehicle in a parallel road and we had to carry our luggage to the hotel. Elevator is small. So it can take 1 pax with luggage or 2 adults + kids.

Fantastic value for money, very clean and comfortable, in a good location just a short walk away from the nearest metro station and some shops, and I owe a special thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful when I became very unwell with food poisoning halfway through my stay— very grateful for their help/advice when I needed to seek out a pharmacy and whoever was on the front desk asked me how I was doing whenever I managed to make it out of my room. It can be quite scary getting ill in a country where you’ve never been to before and when you are travelling alone, but I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel until I was better enough to get back out. I also loved the resident hotel cats often snoozing away in the lobby, very sweet and friendly. When I first arrived at the hotel, the staff were very helpful in advising me how to get to the nearest metro station and kindly provided me with a metro card that I just needed to top up with cash at the station. It was quite hot and occasionally stormy when I was there and I was grateful for the aircon, which worked very well and kept me cool when I needed it. I’m sad that I missed out on doing/seeing some things due to getting sick, but I can’t wait to come back to Tbilisi again one day and I will definitely be staying here again when I do.

Nothing, no complaints.

During my stay here I found only good things. These are: 1. Hotel location. It’s really nice infrastructure in this district: about 7 mins to 300 Aragveli metro station, also there is a lot of buses and minibuses. 2. View from the window is gorgeous! Window of my room was in front of Mtatsminda and Rike parks, even it seems to me that it’s possible to see all holiday salutes of Tbilisi through the window! I was especially impressed by New Year’s one. 3. Good internet connection and big enough table, what is an important if you need to work remotely. 4. Tasty breakfasts on the top-floor glazed terrace which has an amazing Mountain View as well. 5. House keeping service. Room and bathroom were clean, there were no strange smell from ventilation. I liked the approach to room cleaning time - nobody disturbs you when it’s not convenient for you. You define when cleaning is needed for your room. My respect for this. 6. Room is equipped with kettle and mini-refrigerator what is really nice to have for long stay. I’d like to thank Timber Boutique Hotel Team for their hospitality and really nice service! Especial thanks to Nana, David and Giorgi, I appreciate your willing to make my stay in your hotel as comfortable as possible. Guys are very attentive and friendly, they’re always glad to help with anything. PS: If you come here on your birthday, you’ll be treated to nice red wine.
