Very clean and well-maintained small hotel. The room was spotless, quite spacious, and had comfortable beds. It was equipped with everything we needed: shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, small hygiene kits, and slippers. Breakfasts were good — eggs, pasta, vegetables, fruit, and pastries. The internet connection was reliable. There’s a small guest parking area for 2–3 cars. Lovely little courtyard with tables and hanging chairs. Polite and helpful staff. Pleasant loft-style interior design.

The entrance has stairs going down and no ramp, which made it a bit tricky with heavy luggage. There are no balconies in the rooms.

Loved the staff, who allowed me to do early check-in and were very kind and understanding of the fact that I had arrived from an early flight. Loved the breakfast. Loved the room, and staff was also incredibly helpful. Room was great, clean, fairly size-able. Had everything you would expect and more. And the value was great.

Make sure to fully close the door or else it will make this strange noise every 5 minutes. Front desk assisted me quickly when I inquired about this; not a big deal at all!

Hotel room smelled very good, beds were awesome, very clean and comfortable, shower was awesome. We had a tea kettle and mini fridge in the room, location is wonderful - like 10 minutes walk to the Meydan Square. They offer a bottle of wine upon arrival, but we weren’t interested as Muslims, but it’s a nice compliment I think :) but I would consider offering non-alcoholic beverages too )

staff often leaves reception area, we called like 15 times, no one picked up, so we had to go to them and find out that they’re smoking and talking outside, we needed an iron. Also, they screamed so bad when their football team played, we get it, you were very thrilled, but why yell so much, we couldn’t sleep properly.

The hotel is conveniently placed for those who need to get to the airport quickly - it was just a 15 minute drive from there. Even though it is not in the historic centre of the city, the neighbourhood is quite interesting and worth walking around - a well balanced combination of historic and modern building and lifestyles. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is very pleasant, even though the room may need repair soon. It was not a problem for me, nothing bad, just the first signs. Nonetheless I would stay in this place again. I was very happy that the area was not crowded with tourists as it would mean a lot of noise. Instead, it was nice and quiet.

Everything was fine, I needed a few hours' rest between my flights, and the place was just perfect for that purpose.

The hotel is nice and beautiful located within walking distance from Avlabari metro. We stayed there for 2 nights and had a really good time. The room is not so bad and cozy. The breakfast and breakfast area was nice, we liked it. There is a restaurant/bar outside of the hotel (but we never tried it). The room wall was very beautiful and I liked this truly.

The bathroom floor was a bit slippery. The balcony was closed balcony design. Somehow one side of the room was feeling hotter than the other side, I don't know why.

We arrived by car, and the location was perfect for those traveling this way—close to the city center with easy access. The room was stylish and newly renovated. To my son’s delight, there was a small football pitch right next to the hotel where he could play)

Overall everything was great) The only small detail I can mention is that there was no tissue box in the room) but that’s maybe because they’d forgotten to put it this time)

Graphica Tbilisi offers comfortable accommodations with its cozy beds and convenient hotel location. However, there is room for improvement in the demeanor of the staff, as they could be more polite and attentive to guests' needs. Despite this, the overall experience at Graphica Tbilisi is positive, especially for travelers seeking a well-located and comfortable stay in the city. With its inviting atmosphere and strategic position, the hotel provides a good base for exploring Tbilisi and enjoying all that the city has to offer.

It is a good value for this money. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a climate control unit and you can set the comfortable temperature and it's work! The bathroom is also comfortable and in good working condition. And what is more important for me - there is a workplace comfortable enough for a day or two. It's a comfortable working chair and a table that is possible to use together (believe me there are not so many hotels that understand the importance of this simple combination)! And yes, breakfast is also fine and good enough.

1. There was some hair in the shower 2. It is not on a quiet street as some visitors claim. The hotel is next to a mini football stadium, and when there's a match it is very noisy.

I liked a good place, there is a good view in the park nearby. Old Tbilisi is also very close. The hotel itself is nice, interesting design, comfort rooms. Breakfasts were good, nothing exceptional, but there were choice and good quality of products.

Some things in room were broken or were in not good conditions, but it wasn't a big problem. The air conditioner worked strangely, it was stuffy on the 6th floor, where our room was.
