- very new hotel - very clean - nice stuff (all the receptionists and the lady working at the breakfast buffet) - very good breakfast (with a coffee machine that is rare in Georgian hotels)

- the upper terrace was not open yet (end of March) - walls are a bit too thin, we could hear neighbors watching tv - our room felt a bit too small to comfortably fit two people. But we were expecting that from the booking description

Everything was perfect, On reception, there are English-speaking staff (Makheel & Sofia) at reception. Makheel help us during breakfast as well.. with Halal options.. kitchen staff was cooperative and prepared fresh omelettes on request. Muslim shower available in a washroom, a big relief for muslims🙂. The rooftop view is lovely. 10 min walk from Madian bazar and sulphur bath.

Hotel is quite. Bed is comfy and the breakfast is good. Near to avlabari station and lots of grocery store and restaurants in the nearby area

Hotel is hard to find even taxi cant find it. Ac wasn't working and most staff they cant speak English.

Firstly good location,very convenient area.Secondly, for people like us who both work and travel banks and shops are nearby, so a metro and a bus stop are too close.Even by walk you can go to city center and on the way meet too much beautiful and historical places. And thirdly, the hotel is very calm and comfortable, there is a terrace that is worth everything, from there you can see Tbilisi view.Breakfast was good both with traditional and standart breakfast. Speciall thanks to the young boy (for a long stay in this city, the most friendly and respectful person)who greeted us very friendly,and the girl who accompanied us and helped.

Great hotel, very conveniently located close to the old town (15-20 minutes walking distance) but far from the traffic and noise. Parking always available on the street, free of charge. Breakfast is good, late checkout is allowed, this is a real 4-star hotel with an exceptional value for money. Highly recommended!

Locationis very convienient for moving around with Transit on your fingertips. People at the Hotel were very friendly and very accomodative. hope to continue staying in Booking.com recommended facilities.

The hotel is exceptionally clean! A great job is done by the personnel. In the kitchen breakfast is cooked and served by lady-chef, very carefully, what makes you feel like home. The location is also super convenient.
