Pros: + Location is very good. Hotel's situated near Metro Station Avlabari and 10 minutes walk from the Old City. The area is pretty safe. Also there's a lot of places to eat or buy local food near the hotel (supermarkets, cafes, markets, etc.) + Hotel's staff is very hospitable, polite and welcoming. They'll be happy to help you explore local gems and places to see. The cleaning service is also very good. + Hotel apartments look very fresh and cozy. It's a very nice place to sleep and have a rest especially if you're tired of sightseeing or business meeting.

Things to improve: - Rarely it gets noisy outside. Hence it's necessary to admit that there's a little chance it would be less noisy somewhere else near the city centre. - During several days of my stay there was a Wi-Fi availability problem. Hope there won't be such troubles in future.

This was my Tbilisi home away from home! I stayed one week and enjoyed every moment. Location was excellent with a short walk to shops, coffees, metro and all attractions. The room was spacious, clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. Bathroom, like everything, was new and shiny. There was also a huge balcony with amazing views to city. The staff was really caring and helpful and I felt welcomed. They also organized tours, pick ups from Airport and offered laundry service. I couldn't wish more, totally 11/10!

Excellent hotel, wonderful and friendly staff. Wifi could be better, room was a bit far from router. Would be a great addition if they put carpets on floors in corridors, it would make the whole place much quieter. But a very good and new and clean hotel. Perfect for business travel or traveling by yourself or with a partner. One more remark, they accept only local cash which makes it harder to pay, but doable. Thank you, the stay was great!

Very good location, everything is very new and neat. The staff was polite and even offered us a pick up service from the airport quite late in the night.

The street outside was a bit noisy and if your bedroom is facing the street, chances are that you will hear the traffic in the morning. The window insulation could have been a bit more sound-proof.

We arrived at night, we were warmly welcomed and checked in immediately. The rooms are all new, have everything you need for comfort, perfect cleanliness. The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance of Europe Square, Peace Bridge, old town, fortress, Sameba Church, etc. We especially appreciated the terrace on the roof of the hotel overlooking the city and friendly staff, special thanks to them. I recommend the hotel to everyone. Excellent value for money and quality.

I found what I was looking for. A comfortable place in an great location. It feels like I'm the first guest, incredibly clean, everything is new, does not cause any complaints.

The place is new, clean, safe, airconditioning is good and has a reliable wifi connection. Center of major tourist attraction. Near convenient store, money changer, good restaurant and wine store.
