Even though I was sceptical about the neighbourhood, I still enjoyed the location and the facilities. The staff was good — accommodating and friendly. I absolutely adored the bed and the room design in general, it’s very comfy and pretty. Breakfasts were top notch, with Georgian specialties and usual breakfast items, changing from day to day. The chef was adorable and I’ve seen him talk a lot to the guests. It seems like everyone was happy with the food. There are lots of small shops around, the metro is down the street. However, we mostly used taxi through Maxim or Yandex apps. It’s very cheap and there’s always one two minutes away from the hotel, bringing you anywhere in the city for a few lari. If you plan on coming here by public transport from the airport note that the area is super hilly and it will be nearly impossible to walk up the street from the bus stop with big luggage. Once again, taxi is your friend. Ah and I forgot, the view from the window was aaaaaawesome.

Stayed in a suite which was on offer for half price. It was a lovely space, amazing views over Tbilisi. The bathroom in particular was well done, though the shower had a tendency to flood the toilet area as the drainage wasn’t sufficient. The terrace restaurant was particularly good, with a good choice of menu and quality food and wine, and amazing views. Staff on the front desk were helpful. Breakfast also had a good choice of food.

The first thing was that none of the room’s smart TV apps worked. So no Netflix, Disney or Amazon for the duration of the stay. Reception came to look and then said it was a ‘problem in other rooms too’, so they were obviously aware of it. I think there is sometimes a disconnect between the reception and the restaurant, I booked a table with reception and they said it was ‘fine’ but when I turned up the staff told me there was no booking. It was advertised as old town also, but is actually a little way out (5-10 min taxi). Overall it was a good stay, but I am glad I got it for half price. If I had payed full, I would have expected better

Hotel location near church and quite no cars sounds well big size rooms fresh new with nice super materials good price for quality and free breakfast.. I recommend strongly and they have on terrace very nice tbilisi valley view all views restaurant excellent food

Room design not professional example the tv is not in front of the sofa or in front of the bed … on corner and you cannot watch in center although new 4K good quality big screen size 50 “ … another big mistake in bathroom that when you take shower there are no glass door on shower area to prevent water from going all over the bathroom .. but good shower pressure nice hot fresh water nice vectra model … just these 2 things all over super nice room

Our recent hotel stay was truly a delightful experience. The room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the accommodations. The amenities offered enhanced our stay and made us feel pampered. We would happily recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant and enjoyable getaway.

No napkins, location is not easy for people who might be old or can't walk alot.

The rooftop restaurant is one of the best international restaurants in town, though a bit pricey. The view from the restaurant is one to die for. The front desk was very helpful, especially Theo and Maria. They gave us plenty of tips which made our holiday a breeze. The breakfast was awesome as well.

The price we paid for this property was higher than what we would have for similar properties that were even nearer to the centre. The sprinkler was not working, but was repaired when we pointed this out.

That was my second stay at this hotel and I really enjoyed it! The location is super calm, the view from the room is amazing. Comfortable bedding, crisp towels and bathrobes. Great breakfast with a big variety of hot and cold dishes, all delicious. We had to extend our stay for one more day and the reception staff was very helpful and let us keep the same room. Amazing value for the price, worth it!

Just small details that could be upgraded in the service! For example, it would be great to have daily refills for teabags and coffee pods. Things that we took from the minibar also could’ve been restocked daily in case we’d want to have the same drink again. There should be an option for espresso and some hot milk available for breakfast. The wall art was missing on the wall which made the room look a little unfinished. And, but that’s probably not the hotel’s fault, sometimes there was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped! During our first night, the TV went out of order and did not work: after informing staff about the issue we got immediately new room and it was even upgraded to much bigger and more expensive room (Deluxe) with no extra cost because of availability of standard rooms. It’s a brand new hotel with great location very close to the main sightseeings in the city centre(15-25 mins by walk depending on where you go). Taxi is also convenient and affordable because of short distance. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty! So, great experience and It felt like the owners do this business not only for profit but also because of the passion: the service provided in the hotel made us feel like a valued guests.

The area is a bit hilly but you can treat it as a great exercise especially after delicious and high-calorie local cuisine :)

It was clean and modern building. If you travel to Tbilisi, you ll know that most of the buildings are old but this hotel is quite modern and new. The rooms are spacious. I booked a triple room and a twin room. The triple room had no view but it is okay. The bed sheets were clean and smell fresh. The breakfast was great. They had sausage, ham, spagetti, eggs, yogurt and also fruits. It was buffet. They serve breakfast early around 8 am so it was convenient for us that have to leave early. Oh, and i love the bathroom. They had bidets!! And don’t forget to mention the view on the top floor.

It was on top of the hill, near the holy trinity church. So you should go there by car if you have big luggages like we did.

Despite the minuses, this is a great hotel for its price with a welcoming staff. I really liked the room size and softness of the bed. Free water for me was also a good point. And the location is awesome as well because it's so close to the downtown.

Unfortunately, my room was on the first floor with a yard view instead of a city view as in the photos... and because of the floor, it was quite noisy, because you always hear people around and reception staff. That was just unlucky. Also, the breakfast was poor, porridge was extremely sweet, scrambled eggs were tasteless, croissants were dry, and there was not much to eat, I always left unsatisfied.

Good breakfast with enough vegetarian varieties, a lot of different vegetables and fruit. Warm alternatives changed everyday, which was nice. I was great to have some nuts too. But juice could have been better. The room itself was clean with fridge, electric kettle and everything else we needed. Shower was great. The area was quiet, no loud nightime traffic.

The room in December was quite chilly, because when the wind hit hard it came through the balcony door frames.. But the blankets were warm anyway.
