Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist us. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions.

- Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for me. - The rooms are small, but given the price, they’re still a great deal. Plus, we were out exploring all day, so it didn’t really matter. - It can get a bit noisy at times, but nothing unbearable.

Everything was up to a standard. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. We also liked the breakfast and enjoyed the terrace with view over Tbilisi. I have really appreciated the hotel staff friendliness and willingness to help at all times. I would like to give my special thanks to Mariami ( at the reception desk ) who has helped us with a search of our cell phone forgotten in a taxi. The phone was eventually found and returned by the taxi driver the next day. It wouldn’t be possible without her help as we are not Georgian speakers. Thank you Mariami.

Newly built, modern hotel. Everything looks nice and clean. There are stunning views of Tbilisi from the rooftop, which has tables for dining and relaxing. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The check-in process was easy. My room (#303) was spacious, and I really liked its design. The large panoramic window allowed plenty of natural daylight, and I could open part of the window to let in fresh air. The room had plenty of well-placed electrical outlets, which was convenient. The bathroom was nicely designed with a wooden floor and a large shower stall. The bathroom amenities were of good quality and had a pleasant lavender scent. The Wi-Fi was fast. I also appreciated the free late check-out at 14:00, thanks to the sweet front desk girl.

The biggest downside for me was the hotel’s location, which is situated high on a hill. It was somewhat hard and inconvenient to walk up and down all the time, although you can always use a taxi. Additionally, the neighborhood around the hotel is quite poor. Many of the streets nearby have no streetlights, making it difficult to walk at night. Another small issue was that there was only one small trash can in the bathroom; they should add another one in the room. I also didn’t like the pillows on the bed—they were hard and uncomfortable. The hotel has no elevator.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Mariam and other staff were so helpful and friendly. We’re appreciate dor that. Breakfast was very good. When i found turkish coffee i felt like at home 😇 The location near from city center but on slope location you could be some tried while wolking during summer times.

Everything seems like clean the first day. But our room was not cleaned very well during our stay. Hair was never removed from the shower and bed sheets were never changed.

- 8 minutes walking distance to Avlabari metro station, and even closer to exchange houses, supermarkets, fast food restaurants and pharmacies - the hotel was easily reachable for Bolt drivers - the admin staff were very friendly, helpful and English speakers, did their best to make sure my experience was as smooth as possible in the hotel, special thanks to them (Nicolas, Keta and Mariame) - the room design is contemporary and unique, the lights, the colors, the shower, everything was new - they changed the water bottles every day, the towels and the slippers, except for the waterglasses and cover sheets which should have happened, maybe better ask for it. - they had coffee and hot water available when needed in the shared kitchen on the upper floor - the breakfast was yummy but starts a little late (from 8:30am till 10:30am) while most of touristic tours starts earlier or by that time, however they provide a packed breakfast as well, but not before 8:30am - the view from the 5th floor (common area for breakfast and hanging out) is magnificent, overlooking the city

Great place, I recommend it to everyone! There are very clean and cozy rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. We were received very warmly and carefully, the staff are very hospitable! Clean shower with modern plumbing, heated towel rail. Double bed, clean bed linen, towels. Gas heater through radiators, the house is very warm at subzero temperatures outside. Another plus is that the entire old city is within walking distance, as well as all types of transport, including the metro and funicular. I will definitely come back here again!

Highly recommended hotel! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. The place, the view, the room, the cleanliness, and especially the staff were exceptional. During my 5-day stay, they truly took care of me, always ensuring I was comfortable and encouraging me to reach out if I needed anything—especially Mariam. If i return to Tbilisi (which I definitely plan to), I’ll stay at Tbilisi Story Hotel again. Thank you for making my experience in Georgia unforgettable!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the cozy atmosphere, was perfect. The staff throughout the hotel went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional experience. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Location is good, not far from metro station. Not too close to the center, however not too far either. Rooms are clean, staff is responsive and responsible too. Overall, we liked our stay.

The patio (we stayed at ground floor) didn’t have tables and chairs, as smokers it was a problem for us. I don’t know if its related to cold weather that they have decided to remove it. Also bare in mind, room is missing kettle, trash bin. Room is considerably small as in description. Bathroom does not have detailed hygiene stuffs such as (hair conditioner, toothpaste, though they have shower gel and shampoo). The complaints are for detail seekers like us, maybe it can help.
