The location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro station and very close to a SPAR supermarket, which was super convenient. The host was very polite and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable — perfect for a few nights’ stay.

However, the soundproofing was basically non-existent. There was a lot of noise from other guests, including doors slamming and voices in the hallway. The neighborhood felt a bit odd if you weren’t coming from the main road, and there was a strong, unusual smell in the room — not dirty, just very intense.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Eleon Boutique Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s decor is modern yet cozy, with attention to every detail The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect — tucked away in a quiet area, yet still close enough to walk to major attractions and local hotspots. Overall, Eleon Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. My stay at Eleon Boutique Hotel was nothing short of amazing. One of the standout features of this hotel is its beautiful terrace, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.

Translation to English: We traveled across Georgia for three weeks and stayed in Tbilisi twice, in different places. The first time we stayed in the Old Town, and the second time at the Eleon Hotel. This hotel turned out to be the best of all the places we stayed at. First of all, the location. Yes, the hotel is located across the river, but it’s just a 5-7 minute walk to the main attractions. Although the return trip involves a bit of an uphill climb, that’s typical for Tbilisi. However, the metro station is only a 3-minute walk away with no incline, so we often returned via metro or taxi. And the Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba) is less than a 2-minute walk from the hotel! Secondly, the hotel has an open veranda with a stunning view of the cable car, Narikala Fortress, and the “Mother of Georgia” statue. From this veranda, you can see the whole of Tbilisi as if it’s in the palm of your hand. The hotel itself is small and private, with only six rooms. It’s clear that it has been recently renovated: the rooms are well-designed and thoughtfully equipped for guests’ comfort. The staff is incredibly attentive. For example, I casually mentioned during a conversation that I love persimmons, and the next morning, persimmons were waiting for me at breakfast. Breakfasts were diverse, everything was fresh and very delicious. The only thing I slightly missed was freshly brewed coffee, but the tea was excellent. Breakfast is served at a time you set the evening before (within reason). Officially, breakfast hours are from 8 to 11, but on our last day, they served breakfast for us at 7:30 so we could make it to the airport. The prices at the hotel were another pleasant surprise — slightly below the average for Tbilisi, making it even more appealing. All in all, my rating is 11 out of 10. The hotel exceeded all expectations on every level, and I will definitely return here again!

The hotel staff were so friendly and answered any and all questions with kindness. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and it was my favorite part of the room. The room was so spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It also has a mini fridge and a kettle. I loved how I had a whole empty closet with a place to hang coats and shelves as it was useful for my long stay. You cannot use the gas heating, but there is a A/C unit that heats up the room with air that was sufficient. They have a wonderful terrace with an incredible view on the rooftop that you can access at any time. It was a shame that it was so cold outside as I did not enjoy it as much as I would like to have. It is a short walk to the Avlabari metro station. The hotel is also very secure as the main door is kept locked. I absolutely loved my stay, and I am eager to return! Didi madloba.

The location of the hotel is great, but it is more of a walk to get to places with nicer restaurants and about 30 minutes to walk to Liberty Square. This is really not bad, but may be something to keep in mind if you're wanting to see many sights during a short stay. There is some construction happening around the hotel, so taxis sometimes have a difficult time getting to it. They provide breakfast to each individual guest separately (there are only a few rooms) so you have to book a time in advance and wait until the guest before has finished. I think a buffet style would be better as daily plans change and it would make it easier to prepare. During the winter, it would be nice to have a small patio heater to warm up the terrace so people could use it more.

Great value for money, perfect location in a quiet area but still very central. Big rooms, cosy balcony with a nice view. Clean rooms and housekeeping every day timed perfectly when we were out and about, much appreciated. Amazing rooftop terrasse overlooking the entire city, beautiful for sunrise and sunset. Very good communication with the staff before and during our stay, we had some small inquiries (separate bookings, extra night, delayed arrival) and everything was sorted easily. They even gave us an upgrade for free so that we could have rooms on the same floor. Warm welcome by reception staff with genuine smile, carrying our luggage up to the room. In general very attentive staff, always available and coming to our rescue when we struggled with locking a door. Owner speaks great english and came running to carry our suitcases upon departure. Will for sure recommend this place to other travelers, and would likely book this place again if returning to the beautiful city of Tbilisi.

Some small suggestions to make it even better: It would be practical to have some more hooks or hangers for outside clothes next to the entrance door in the room, there is lots of space for it. Also a simple set of patio furniture on the balcony would be nice.

Good location, first look on the street can be thrilling but it's very safe and close to old town and 2 min from metro and buses. The room was big, bed comfortable and the bathroom clean. The view from the balcony is really nice on the hills and Mother Georgia. We could use the top floor terrace, which has a great view too. The guys in reception are very helpful, we could leave our staff early in the morning and they took them to our room once ready, which was a nice touch. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was just great. Clean room, comfy bed, good linen and towels. All the facilities work, nothing is broken - believe me it's sometimes hard to find so well-kept hotel in Tbilisi. The host was super nice. Delicious breakfast, stunning view from the terrace. Location is very convenient- 5 min walk from Avlabari metro station, but if you feel like a walk, 15 min down the hill and cross the bridge - and you are in the very heart of the old town.

The district mostly consists of old private houses, so just expect to see a little worn-out surroundings.

The roof terrace is really wonderful, with a fantastic view. So nice when you travel alone or with a small group of friends, and want to have a break from city walking. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Good to have a fridge, electric kettle and tea (only coffee missing). A nice and quiet street in a central area. Clean rooms and always a good vibe. I will come back! Thank you!

Would be even nicer with the possibility to buy water etc. downstairs or from a mini bar, but no big deal. Missed a chair on the balcony.

The property is located in the quite streets of Avlabari but very close to the main centre where you will find super markets, pharmacy, money exchange, restaurants all just 4-5 minutes walk away. Also, other attractions are also easily accessible by walk or cab. The owner was helping right from the beginning and giving good suggestions to help you settle down. The room was cleaned everyday.
