Breakfast was quite good and tasty

Location is not the best, area around looks like after second World War. So view from the balcony is also nbot the best

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to most places. The prices in the roof-top restuarant are very competetive, and Tornike (waiter) should be running the place, cannot do enough for you, very knowledgable about Tblisi and Georgia, he really made our trip, take not Brim Hotel, you have a fantastic member of staff here!! All in all, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will defintely be back in September for the wine festival. Loved it!

Only complaint was breakfast, a real let down, nothing fresh, no fresh juice, no egg station, the coffee was terrible and everything cold, this could be drastically improved with very little effort.

Amazing hotel full of great design. Every day we discovered new elements and things. Super location near the Presidential Palace, everything was close, nice view from rooms. The roof restaurant was with great view, too! We loved to have a glass of wine in the evenings and enjoy the view and discover the design elements in the interior. Rooms were also ok, with very comfy beds and pillows. We slept very well.

It was a bit noisy. It was like washing machine that was working in the nights. The alarm clock of next room awakened us as well - walls were thin! The breakfast was good, but not so much choice and it was boring already on the 5th day. We also missed good coffee, however we enjoyed our caffe latte later in the roof restaurant.

the location is very good, and their restaurant view is amazing, The breakfast has a variety, and the neighborhood is very quiet. this is my second time in the hotel and this time I reserved a room with a balcony which was an amazing experience. room service is excellent. the hotel is near to the city attractions.

the hotel is located above a hill, so it needs some effort to climb up the hill if you decide to go back to the hotel walking. I faced a problem with payment which was actually the website (booking.com ) issue and disturbed my stay until it was solved.

The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with a lot of balconies. The hotel itself is very stylish and tastefully done. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious food. We tried their version of Shkmeruli which was delicious. The breakfast buffet was also nice with scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, fresh fruits, ham and turkey slices, and other options.

They can add a Hand spray/Shattaf to their toilets. It is a bit of a walk to the Old town so we had to use a taxi (which is quite reasonable). The rooms could do with a few more lights as they can get a bit dark at night.

Everything. Just the surrounding houses are in a very poor condition and make not so great window view. The restaurant on the top floor on a contrary has a magnificent view over Tbilisi. There were some vegan choices at the breakfast, which makes you feel welcomed. Overall great hotel and I would like to come back.

Our room was amazingly spacious with three balconies. Bedding linens were out of this world! Super soft and comfy. Excellent mattresses. Perfect view from both our room and restaurant at the rooftop.

AC was weak as if it did not make any difference being switched on or off. Breakfast could certainly improve in both variety and quality.

The lighting inside was very poor. It was too dim in the rooms, in the lobby, in the hallway etc. the bathrooms were well lit. The shower taps were difficult to use - too light to the touch making it difficult to adjust the water temperature.

The best of the best view of the city!!! Location is great! The hotel is located in a very convenient place, on a hill next to the presidential palace. 10-15 min to the city by walking. Rooms are clean and spacious. Our room 405 - this room has a very large terrace. The view from the room and terrace was amazing!!! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Manager was kind and helpful! Thanks! They helped us with our tour, with transportation and other needs, which made it easier for our stay in Georgia. Million thanks! The best bed, pillow and blanket! I loved that very comfortable bed and i still miss it! Very nice bar restaurant roof terrace with amazing views in all direction. Very good food and good service! Special thanks to the tall, curly-haired male waitress! All in all, it was a very good experience and we enjoyed our stay there! I would like to thanks everybody working there!!! 🙏😍🙏

* We arrived at night and the room was very cold, there was +5 degrees (friends room +7 and +8). We slept with our clothes on, the first night was asleep. Next day it was fixed. * Please more chairs and small table in the room, as well as carpet (the floor is cold). * After shower all bathroom was wet. * There was no sound proof between the rooms and corridor and we couldn't sleep due to sound coming from next rooms and corridor. Terrible and noisy neighbors, horrible noise and running. They came to our terrace repeatedly and there was no privacy! * Poor breakfast, limited and bad options. Better eat outside or top floor restaurant. * Overall good experience! Thanks! 🙏

10/10 for Brim Hotel. To start with great location. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was exellent. The restaurant on the fifth floor has a magnificent view of the city, the food delicious and staff supper friendly.

There had been a loss of connection to wifi but the problem was solved soon.
