Myself and my mother stayed for a few enjoyable nights. And we were absolutely delighted, the staff, the location and the room were fantastic. There was some building work outside the hotel, but it didn’t effect us at all. In fact the old buildings around gave us a nice nostalgic feeling. The first day we stayed was Easter Sunday, when we went down for breakfast, there were Easter cakes, eggs and the lovely special atmosphere. Thanks for your hospitality. We definitely come back again!

Location is not the best, area around looks like after second World War. So view from the balcony is also nbot the best

The room was clean, the wifi fast, the breakfast ample and the staff ready to answer questions, book taxis, etc. The hotel was also a short walking distance to the main tourist attractions.

Although I walk on a regular basis and had no problem walking up and down the hill atop which the hotel is located, anyone who is not in good shape should either take a taxi into town or stay elsewhere.

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to most places. The prices in the roof-top restuarant are very competetive, and Tornike (waiter) should be running the place, cannot do enough for you, very knowledgable about Tblisi and Georgia, he really made our trip, take not Brim Hotel, you have a fantastic member of staff here!! All in all, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will defintely be back in September for the wine festival. Loved it!

Only complaint was breakfast, a real let down, nothing fresh, no fresh juice, no egg station, the coffee was terrible and everything cold, this could be drastically improved with very little effort.

the location is very good, and their restaurant view is amazing, The breakfast has a variety, and the neighborhood is very quiet. this is my second time in the hotel and this time I reserved a room with a balcony which was an amazing experience. room service is excellent. the hotel is near to the city attractions.

the hotel is located above a hill, so it needs some effort to climb up the hill if you decide to go back to the hotel walking. I faced a problem with payment which was actually the website (booking.com ) issue and disturbed my stay until it was solved.

Everything. Just the surrounding houses are in a very poor condition and make not so great window view. The restaurant on the top floor on a contrary has a magnificent view over Tbilisi. There were some vegan choices at the breakfast, which makes you feel welcomed. Overall great hotel and I would like to come back.

The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with a lot of balconies. The hotel itself is very stylish and tastefully done. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious food. We tried their version of Shkmeruli which was delicious. The breakfast buffet was also nice with scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, fresh fruits, ham and turkey slices, and other options.

They can add a Hand spray/Shattaf to their toilets. It is a bit of a walk to the Old town so we had to use a taxi (which is quite reasonable). The rooms could do with a few more lights as they can get a bit dark at night.

Great hotel in a very good location and transport accessibility. The hotel has a private parking, which is very important for motorbike travelers like us. Very polite and helpful staff, especially Natalie, who checked us in before check-in time and was very friendly.

The towels could be a little fresher

A warm and welcoming stay with friendly staff who even cut up our watermelon on a hot afternoon. Interesting art, beautiful views, and just a 15-minute walk from touristy attractions. Continental breakfast included a delicious freshly made cake. Big thanks to our guide Tata for finding it!
