Good quality for the price paid. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is ready to help if needed.

The breakfast could be improved in terms of variety through the days, every day it was the same. The position isn't the best, as it takes some time to reach the city centre and it is uphill, it can be hard to walk for someone.

Great hotel in Tbilisi. Staff were friendly and helpful. room was very nice and big, with a large comfy bed. Desk was small but functional and was able to work there. Shower very nice, plugs by bed, and wifi was fine 99% of the time. Very clean and modern, felt secure. Had a nice view onto the city below. Location is about 15 minutes from a metro, and 15 minutes to the edge of the central city. But hotel is in the old town so very close to the main religious site in the city, 1 minute walk.

It was a bit pricey compared to other options but ultimately worth it as it felt like a proper institutional hotel. Wifi cut out sometimes but reconnected almost immediately. It was a bit cold but with heating on full blast it was fine. To get to the centre, it's a steep walk (downwards) and quite tiring coming back, so not a good option for anyone with mobility issues!

The price was reasonable since we are on budget . Far from main downtown not that noisy. The receptionist from morning was nice even while checking out Also they offered us free coffee .The bathroom was super clean.Trinity church is nearby in walking distance.

The staff was friendly, kind and very helpful The guy there he helped me to book the train ticket and he printed out for me 🙏🏻 The room was big and I enjoyed the view from balcony

Good quiet location in Tbilisi, the room was really spacious and had good a/c. Breakfast was also very good.

The beds were not comfortable.

Comfortable room, great view. Hot boy with Aircon. Everything else perfect

The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was too small and not heated.

I stay for 3nights with my son, the people in the reception are nice and helpful, breakfast are good,cleaning lady always smile.

Good room with a great view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location.

The breakfast was not very tempting. Also, we missed proper coffee; there was only instant coffee available.
