Location, staff, panorama The location is really good right in front of the Trinity cathedral. The hotel has a nice terrace with a great view to the cathedral. The room is clean and comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast is good

- I wouldn’t tell I didn’t like, but I would recommend to the hotel to fill up the waters every day in the room. - they might repair the wind protection windows on the terrace - They might put more hangers to the walls

Hotel was basic but value for money..staff were always helpful and spoke good English....rooms were spacious...food was OK..halal food was a problem...but they had cornflakes milk and eggs..they did the laundry for GEL 5 per piece which I thought was a good deal...

Mmm...not an issue...but worth mentioning is that there was no lift..so if your room was on the 3rd floor ...it would be difficult to take the bags up...also climbing would be difficult for the older people.. Another challenge we faced was the non availability of the bidet/shattaf in the toilet....might need to watch out for this if you require this facility

Overall, it is a good hotel for its money. It's easy to find and check-in. The room was clean. The staff is very nice. The view of the cathedral was beautiful! Breakfast was available from 8 a.m., which is very handy.

Breakfast was poor, boiled eggs were cold. And unfortunately, the room is a little noisy from the roadway if you book a room with a view.

Great location, friendly & welcoming staff, excellent price, and a beautiful view of the Sameba Cathedral. A perfect choice for those looking to stay centrally with fantastic surroundings.

However, hygiene in the bathroom could use some attention. Parking can be a bit hard to find.

The building it is pretty simple but has all the needed facilities. Located in front of the cathedral so nice view and restaurant close by The staff is fantastic, super polite and helpful

The owner Mr. Nicholas is very warm and accommodating. We had a comfy stay at the hotel.. and we are really happy that the Holy Trinity Cathedral is just right in front of our hotel.

the location is ideal for walking around the city proper. Most of the places you want to go to are easily accessible from this hotel. No shortage of activities to do, and the people around are very friendly and approachable. Taxis are available, but some may overcharge you, so its up to you to adjust or argue.. It's your choice on how you experience your vacation! We got to only experience breakfasts at this hotel, and it was a basic food to start your day.. If you need a more hearty meal in the morning, then you may not like it here. Food stalls (restaurants, kiosks, and bakeries) are abound, and the food are great, delicious, and cheaper in comparison to other European countries that I've visited in the past. The staffs are very courteous, helpful, and can communicate well. I personally want to thank Edilyn, the Armenian night duty desk receptionist that helped us print the documents we need for travel requirements... Thanks! and would like to visit the place again!

Just to clarify, this is not a negative review in my part, but just an observation... it is understandable that the place is a repurposed hotel, so there are no elevator in the building. This may pose a difficulty for old travellers with heavy bags to bring it up and down flights of stairs - especially if your room is located at the 4th floor!
