Amazing hotel! The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, great shower and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was rich and delicious.

The hotel is next to very nice historical buildings and church and 400 m from metro which allowed me to explore by myself without needs of tour company and the staffs were so polite and so nice even when they can’t understand English very well but they try to serve you 👍❤️ i recommend this hotel and the restaurant behind of this hotel was amazing as well one more thing don’t forget to order 4 cheese pizza from the hotel restaurant with Georgian cheese it’s amazing. And the honey store in front of the hotel has very good quality honey and good prices i recommend.

We recently stayed at Bellevue Boutique Hotel and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff created a warm and friendly atmosphere from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. The room was very clean, modern with super comfy beds. There’s also a roof terrace with an incredible view of the city, where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee break. The staff was also incredibly helpful in arranging tours and providing local recommendations. I would say Bellevue is a true gem in hospitality, offering personalised attention and genuine care to every guest. I highly recommend it for an incredible and memorable stay!

Brand new facility with amazing view, super tidy and clean, very tasty breakfasts, nice design and super comfy bed matresses . However most of all what impressed us completelly is the hospitality of people who run this place. This makes it unique and not to be compared with any hotel in the world. This is the best hotel we have ever been to.

Loved loved loved my stay here. These people take care of your comfort like a family and their hospitality is really top notch. The location is quite central so you can easily walk around. You have Spar nearby and a few nice restaurants as well. The view from the balcony is really breathtaking, I had my coffee there every evening. Also, my birthday was on one of those days that I stayed here and the staff came to my room with a cake and bottle of wine to wish me and celebrate. I recommend staying here, without any doubt.

I visited Tbilisi from Germany together with my son, and staying at Bellevue Boutique Hotel was simply the best decision we could have made. The hotel has an absolutely perfect location: it is only about 10 steps away from the impressive Sameba Cathedral, and offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the cathedral and the entire city of Tbilisi. Waking up to this spectacular view every morning was truly unforgettable. Moreover, the hotel is close to Freedom Square, the Peace Bridge, and many beautiful parks — most attractions can easily be reached on foot. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could wish for: air conditioning, a safe, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony/terrace where you can enjoy the stunning city view. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and offered high-quality amenities such as free toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. The staff and the hotel manager were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and truly cared for — it felt like being at home away from home. The 24-hour front desk and room service added extra comfort and made our stay even more relaxing. We really appreciated the daily cleaning service and the option to have breakfast in the room. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with a delicious variety of buffet and continental options to start the day perfectly. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant and a cozy bar where we enjoyed excellent meals and drinks. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout the entire hotel. Overall, Bellevue Boutique Hotel is an absolute hidden gem in Tbilisi — perfect for both business and leisure travelers. We were completely impressed by the comfort, outstanding service, and the warm hospitality of the entire team. We felt at home from the first minute and would recommend this hotel to everyone without any hesitation.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Despite arriving outside standard check-in hours, everything went smoothly. The hotel had a pleasant, intimate atmosphere. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent – homemade, authentic, and just right. No artificial stuff, no over-the-top extras – simply good, honest food. The location is slightly off the main tourist track, yet still very central. There's even a metro station within walking distance if needed. We can absolutely recommend this place without hesitation!

An exceptionally clean hotel - possibly the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The location is right next to The Trinity Cathedral and central enough to walk into the city within 15 minutes. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast is plentiful, with healthy, unique options on offer. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows and bedding are of high quality.

The room and balcony were much smaller than we expected - we had stayed in another hotel in the same area of Tbilisi earlier in the week which was priced almost identically, but both the room and the balcony were at least 5 x the size, so the value of the room itself was not as good.
