Everything is great there, starting with the humble staff, to the cozy rooms, to the delicious food. it is an absolute fantastic, from the first day they helped me with everything, the place is very near to everything, city and to the metro, in the heart of Tbilisi !! Supermarkets, wineries, church, restaurants, money exchange are all around the hotel, best moments lived there, thanks to Keta, Zhana, and the best tour they've provide me with Vladimir.

Nothing you don't like, everything is amazing !!!! you will fall in love with the place, and the only thing you will dislike is leaving the place heartbroken, you will miss the place until next visit.

This is a cozy boutique hotel, very stylish and aesthetically pleasing. Located in the Armenian district Avlabari, 3 minutes walk away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral, and 15 minutes away from the Europe Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned regularly. We stayed at the Executive suite which I cannot recommend enough for a family stay - two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of the bedrooms also has additional small bedroom inside with a single bed) + 1 powder room (toilet and sink), spacious kitchen, living and dining areas, equipped with ACs, fridge, stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The suite also has a huge terrace with an awesome view. Great value for money.

The only thing that can be improved is probably breakfast experience. The room feels a bit small and stuffed, and the temperature of hot dishes is rather lukewarm. So I'd recommend coming in early. Although the breakfast itself is well presented.

The hotel is very cozy, quiet and very clean and well kept. The staff is super super helpful. I Think is good for solo travellers because has a private vibe but you can always rely on the reception,plus is just 2 steps away from the avlabari metro station where there also taxis and tours from the agency Gamardjoba departs from there,so very handy. Also the main church of Tbilisu is just behind and was great catching the ceremonies on Sunday.Breakfast is big and heterogeneous. AC works very well and the shower is perfect.

Everything went well. My only nuisance was the fact that the curtains in the room don't cover enough from the morning light and I woke up at sunrise every day(then kept on sleeping). I hope they could fix this. If you want to dinner at a walking distance there is a small choice. I recommend deeply Cafe Natra, tipical dishes and young atmosphere, 3 minutes walking distance.

We found the location great, walking distance from the places we were interested in visiting. The room was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Every member of the staff was very helpful and attentive. They gave us great recommendations and helped us arranging the transport we needed.

Great central location, close to Metro and could walk most everywhere. Vigilant staff who helped us arrange and pay for airport transfer and a tour day; daily well cleaned room; good variety at breakfast for one of us being vegan/vegetarian; good value for cost. Stayed 7 nights without any problems!

Just one small issue and that was a few days where the shower took a long time to heat up but we talked to management and they kindly apologized and said they were attending to the problem. I’m sure it’s already solved

The hotel interior is very nice, rooms are clean and vintage style, but new. Breakfast is also really good. Location is ok.

The thing that we didn't like is that the stuff has anchored us with negative emotions both on arrival and departure. The first thing on arrival was to sign some stupid form that you have to pay if you break something, etc. The second thing the receptionist was saying was to be careful not to break glass bottles in the room. I mean, ok, but not the first thing to hear upon check-in. Same on departure, the receptionist came to check the room while we were departing from the room. This is very uncommon and leaves the negative feelings about the hotel.

We stayed for a week as we celebrated our anniversary. I have cancelled my previous booking and booked like last minute, just from the gut feeling that this hotel will deliver more. And it did ❤️ The vibe, how well was set up the whole building, every corner attracting your attention. The smell, the fresh flowers in the room, the comfort of the bed, the amenities, the breakfast, the two lovely ladies assisting us with the breakfast so adorable. Didn’t made a mistake whatsoever as this hotel felt sooo homey. Fairly easy and close walk to everything.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights and everything was just perfect. Cannot thank enough all the staff who work in this hotel , truly kind and caring people❤️ Our room was very stylish, the design is amazing! It was super clean and you can find all the necessities there (slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo etc). Bed is very soft and comfy, tv has internet connection if you would like to watch Netflix after a long day in Tbilisi and the fridge has a mini bar inside 🥂 The breakfast was incredible! All the dishes are so yummy 😋. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends ☺️

Very cozy and cute place. The staff are welcoming and nice. We arrived very early in morning, and they were available and helped us check in smoothly. The room was well prepared and ready. The breakfast was ok. They give you the first coffee for free. A minibar was available in the room in case anyone needed anything.

The bathroom was smaller than anticipated but we managed. Walking from and to the hotel is a bit of a struggle because it is on a higher ground, suggested leaving in a car/taxi. However, the location is fairly close to the main attractions and to Old City (15-20 min walk).

We had an absolutely superb experience at this hotel. The design is stunning and you can tell that every detail is thought through. Not only is the hotel stylish, the room was very convenient and cozy, too. I was very happy to find that there were bathrobes provided. The AC work perfectly.The breakfast had a great selection. The staff is very kind, attentive to details and ready to help. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. Also, they use a paperless document exchange, which I find amazing. The location was really good, close to the metro station but away from the noise and hectic. It took us about 30 min to walk from the Gallery mall to hotel, the route was interesting and even though it was late, we felt safe on our way. I definitely recommend this hotel. It is very charming and you won't be disappointed!

We only stayed for 1 night and were very sad to leave but we'll definitely coming back one day!
