Two pieces of advice for potential hotel guests: 1. Taxi drivers have problems finding the hotel adress. There are several streets in the neighborhood that are named Elene Akhvlediani. In addition the hotel sign has only letters ML and something in Georgian script. Changing this to a well lit "Maria Luis Hotel" sign would probably help. I suggest taking a taxi to the Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba) and walking some 50 meters to the hotel from there. 2. During our stay (5 days) there were two power outages about 2 hours each. I would suggest avoiding the elevator if possible.

The property was good and clean. The Receptionist Lana helped us find our way around the city. The rooms were neat and clean.

The staff at the property were not friendly. The breakfast wasn’t good. The location doesn’t fit the property. The hotel itself looks excellent but the area around it is not shown in any of the pictures.

Nice, clean and cozy hotel with great location near by the amazing Holly Trinity Cathedral. Walking distance from the hotel to the historical city centre. Very friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable rooms. I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you want to spend a few days in Tbilisi. The place is certainly worth for its price.

The staff elanora was expectionally helpful and kind but knocked the door exactly at 12 to be quick and leave even we checked in at 4am due to late arrival in country.

The morning time staff was extremely rude and unethical , knocking doors ringing multiple time before 12 to checkout even we checked in late night but she didnt consider that and kept on insisting to checkout, she even warned to leave in 15 mins , RUTHLESS.

The location of the facility was amazing, right in the middle of many tourist spots and the town. Everything is at a walkable distance. Great and friendly people.

There was no balcony in the room I received even though photos showed a nice balcony. There were no complementary water, tea & coffee items in the room. Since this is a tourist spot with many international guests, it would have been nice if they kept converter pins for electrical equipment in the room.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service, I highly recommend this place!

It was a wonderful hotel. They were very helpful with everything. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely choose Maria Luis Hotel again for my next trip to Tbilisi. Thank you to the entire Maria Luis Hotel team.

Hotel is very close to Holy trinity church, only less than 5 mins walk Eateries are close too (bakery, restaurants) The quarter is safe and quite quiet. The lady at reception is very nice and provided us a lot of useful information. She also allows us to store our luggages during our trip to Kazbegi. The room is warm and big with big windows.

The location is walking distance to everything, you can roam around the center by walk to enjoy the city. The breakfast is good, but have limited option for non pork eater, over all our stay is so comfortable. Im recommending this property . great value for money, nice location, kind staff.

Very helpful staff - e.g. they offered to book a early morning taxi for us & also packed lunch boxes when we had a early morning departure. It is a good value for money. View of the cathedral from the room is very pleasant.
