Wow this hotel really does make your stay in Tbilisi that more special. Even as a Muslim who does not drink alcohol, I was blown away with the service from the staff and also the hotel itself. This hotel could be a museum! Some positives from my stay:- - all day live piano; switching to live musicians and traditional singing in the evening - staff catering to any specific needs: I was provided with a plug adapter and also boxed breakfasts for my days out on excursions - food at the hotel is lovely and fresh - the manager kindly gave me a tour of the famous wine cellar here which was very educational - a maximum of 15mins walk to the main square Overall I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again on future visits!

My favorite things about this hotel was the breakfast and the unique decor, especially the gorgeous mirrored ceiling in the lobby. For breakfast, most mornings, there was a wonderful pianist. They also always offered a glass of good quality champagne and made coffee and eggs to order. I had lunch a few times at the hotel as well, and the food was very good.

The bathroom in my room (202) sometimes smelled a bit of sewage (my friend was in a different room and didn't have this problem). I was too short to open the windows in the ceiling to air out the room. The window blinds were a little tricky to open and close. I usually left them closed until the cleaners would open them for me. The location was awkward for taxis when using apps - if the taxi stopped right in front of the hotel, it would be blocking traffic on a busy street. It was also awkward for catching the bus towards the center of town, since the intersection to that bus stop was difficult to cross. However, it was a good location for walking to a few of the major sights like the clock tower (9 minutes across the bridge) or Sameba Cathedral (8 minutes up a steep hill).

The hotel truly surpassed our expectations; it was so beautiful that we felt at home in the suite. The hospitality was outstanding, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable; I’ve never experienced such high standards in any hotel I’ve visited. Our breakfast experience, enhanced by live piano music, was absolutely delightful. The decor and the view from our suite were breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. When we returned to our home country, we realized we had left our debit card at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the hotel notifying us about the card; their honesty was truly impressive. This place is a treasure, and I'm so happy I booked it. The rooms are all uniquely decorated with unique and beautiful antiques, carpets, and artwork, and the lounge downstairs will be your new favourite place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. All staff were exceptionally courteous, and special mention to Thea who gave us a most enlightening wine tasting, making wine more than just a drink - it's a philosophy! The Vinotel Wines? Exquisite. And an extensive collection - something for everyone. The hotel is on the other side of the river, so there is about a 15-20 minute walk to get to the standard sights in Tbilisi, but this also makes it super quiet at night. Treat yourself for a few nights if you are coming to Tbilisi, this place is worth it.

Room was very traditional and unique to stay, we had the corner suite (Room A). Classic decor, fabrics and antique style. 2 bathrooms, 1 had a steam room. 2 balconies on different sides. In front of a main road but there was still a view to the river so was still nice. Wine cellar in basement was a perk.

There was no lift in the building but it didnt bother us personally since we were on the 1st floor. Parking was on street about 20 metres away from the front of the building, nothing marked out, but it was fine to leave the car there.

The location of Vinotel was fantastic. The breakfast was very complete, including live music and sparkling wine. The staff were friendly, and the bedroom was perfect. I would definitely recommend the hotel for its quality of service and overall comfort. I didn’t have time to explore the common areas, such as the underground wine cellars and the outdoor space.

The window was located on the ceiling of the room. For a longer stay, I would choose a room with conventional windows or even a balcony. I felt the room was a bit stuffy.

It’s luxurious. It was my first day so I booked this property for a good start. They upgraded my room to a deluxe room. The view from the 2nd floor is beautiful. You see a beautiful church from the 2nd floor. The best part was the live piano music during the breakfast time!! Oh, it was marvelous to hear such a wonderful piece of music. And the breakfast is sooooooooo luxurious & delicious! You will feel like a queen! I forgot to buy a phone adapter but when I asked the staff, he was kind enough to give me and I could charge all my electronic devices easily. I saw a guitar here & when I asked, can I pay, they gave it me & I could practice my guitar here! Also, there is a bell boy who will help you with your suitcases to carry from downstairs to upstairs & vice-versa. I approached the staff/ manager many times & asked questions what to see & how to go. They helped me nicely. They provide all the toiletries. Finally, thank you very much for making my stay special.

Nothing. All is good! Just for the information; it is not hotel’s problem. This hotel is on the main road so the traffic or car , truck or police siren noises you may hear continuously. But I was so tired that I put my AirPods on & slept soon. If you too put your AirPods & play music & you can sleep. And I couldn’t or find the dustbin in the room, so unfortunately, I threw all my garbage in the bathroom one’s dustbin where you are supposed to throw only sanitary products.

Gorgeous hotel in a convenient part of the centre of Tblisi. The food and wine were outstanding and our room luxurious and the value was exceptional. It happened to be my birthday and the resident pianist absolutely made my evening with his rendition of “when I’m 64! “ the wine collection in amazing cellars, the comfortable lounges, the beautiful rugs and antiques, and the charming English speaking staff absolutely made our stay, we could not have done better anywhere in the world! We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. Initially we felt It's a little uncomfortable for us as its not a typical hotel. But once we settled down we just loved it. The hotel is location close to the city centre. Food was good. What I liked most is the service provided by the staff and the hotel decor. The people at the hotel are so good that you can ask them for any kind of help and they would help. The hotel is beautifully decorated with carpets all over, many antique pieces are displayed all over. There are sofa sets with cushions where one can relax. It feels like being in a house, not in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Beautiful property, lovely staff especially the manager. He helped make this experience really special, gave us a great tour and multiple tastings along the way - so grateful!

Our booking was for 3 adults in a twin room. The only flaw was that there weren’t enough towels and other toiletries for 3 adults. They nicely offered to set up an additional bed for us but that wasn’t necessary.
