We had an absolutely wonderful 6-night stay at Hotel Passport during our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with our choice! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions of Tbilisi, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Our room was incredibly comfortable and clean , housekeeping came daily and always left everything clean and tidy. We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view as well. Breakfast was a daily highlight! Full of delicious local flavors, it was not only generous but also thoughtfully varied — even after six mornings, there was always something new and tasty to try. The girls working in the breakfast area were so warm and welcoming and prepared us delicious coffee every morning. As a special touch for our honeymoon, the staff surprised us with a bottle of local wine and chocolates — such a thoughtful and personal gesture that made our stay even more memorable! We are already looking forward to coming back next time we visit Tbilisi. Thank you for everything — madloba! 💛

Location, spacious room with a massive balcony offering amazing city view.

No parking available for conveniently dropping off luggage, you literally have to block the moving traffic. Also, breakfast options can be improved depending upon the nationalities staying on a particular day - it’s giving that personal attention to your guests.

Had an amazing stay at this charming hotel; our home in Tbilisi for a week. Clean room with beautiful balcony view. The hotel serves wide selection of Georgian breakfast, may become repetitive for longer stays but not much of an issue. Staff are great, they even gifted us wine & chocolate truffle on our wedding day. Location is just 5-minute walk to the majestic Holy Trinity Cathedral; across the road is the Public Hall, and is close to all attractions in Tbilisi. Just keep in mind that the hotel is slightly uphill, as is typical in Tbilisi. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended ♥️

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—truly going out of their way to make guests feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety, setting the perfect tone for the day. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from a lot of the main attractions, making it easy to explore Tbilisi on foot. The rooms were exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and will definitely stay here again when I return!

The room was good size and very clean. Breakfast was good with excellent cappuccino. People in the breakfast area were nice and friendly. Overall a pleasant atmosphere. Hotel location is quite good and on a nice cobbled street.

The shower did not drain properly in my room so you ended up in a puddle of water. I reported this to the front desk but there was no change. Manager lady during the day was nice and friendly but others at front desk especially the night attendants would at the best acknowledge your presence. The hotel is nice but the front desk staff could do better.

Through check-in until check-out, the experience was excellent. The staff were always ready to extend all the support needed. As we were newly married couple, they'd kept a bottle of wine and chocolate as a sweet gesture. The room had all the basic amenities needed for travelers. We had breakfast included in the package and the breakfast spread was scrumptious. My wife being a vegetarian had enough options for the meal. The location of the hotel is great secluded yet close to city, you can find essentials at walking distance. We would recommend anyone travelling to Tbilisi that hotel passport is a prefect stay for apt price. Thanks to Kira, Luca and wonderful lady whose name we forgot to ask they all were super supportive and informative.

Exceptional location and view; great breakfast with various fresh and delicious options. Great coffee - both in rooms and at the restaurant. Nice staff. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a beautiful neighbourhood, Very comfortable sleeping zone, exceptionally clean and tidy, Well-designed interior makes you feel home.

A very small zone for unloading the baggage - you should move very quick if you have lot's of bags. However, the staff is very kind and always eager to help. For some people it could be hard to climb up, the only things you need to consider. The only things I would call questionable if you choose to visit the hotel.

The hotel is located in very convenient spot in the city. Lift is available. The room was very clean and was as shown in the images while booking. Room had kettle , TV, small refrigerator. Excellent city view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious , good mix of continental and local delicacies. This was the best breakfast we had in Georgia in our holiday. If you are planning to visit Tbilisi, I would recommend the staying at Passport hotel.

Although it’s not a major drawback, the only thing I would like to highlight is that it’s a bit challenging to manage loading and unloading of luggage from your vehicle or taxi because their is no parking slot available. The main entrance door opens directly to the stone paved uphill road which tends to be busy with traffic during the day.

It was just a short stopover. Even not overnight. However, we had a few hours before the flight to relax in this very comfy place. The hotel staff even prepared sandwiches to take on the plane and arranged transportation to the airport.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at— I stayed in the Junior Suite, and I can’t even describe to you the views from the terrace it’s truly incredible! One of my favourite things was to enjoy an evening wine watching the sunset. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so wonderful, and the amenities were great— I would always return to this hotel, it was fantastic!
