I must mention that the staff has been very polite and supportive throughout this process and they know English very well. Breakfast was good.

I booked a Suite room for my stay and specifically selected this hotel for this reason. However, upon checking in, I was informed that the Suite rooms were fully occupied and was instead given a Quadrat/Family room. Additionally, I noticed that the intercom system is unavailable, meaning that if any issues arise, I would need to go down to the reception in person.

Spacious room, neat and clean with daily house keeping. The beds were super comfortable. We had the room with the attached garden and it was a bliss to chill there in the nights. Extremely practical and affordable. Away from the hustle and bustle of the old town if you are seeking a scenic and peaceful stay. However, only a few mins walk from the city center so it was a win win for us. The staff, especially Yousef, went out of their way to accommodate us and make out stay a memorable one. The breakfast was amazing and sumptuous. It was something we really looked forward to every morning. All in all, a solid 10 out of 10!

Location is very near to all the tourist palaces, and the food is Halal in the property, the Night Manager Mr. Yousuf very supportive and very respectful, he care the guests very well, all the time asking us if we need anything so we feel very comfortable in the hotel, we feel like home during our stay. In the checkout time he carried our luggage by himself until to the car even though we told him we can do it by our self but he didn’t let us carry anything, we are with a kid and infant good thing is the hotel not allowing pet so it’s very safety for babies. Hotel is very clean and neat. Special Thank to Mr. Yousuf!

Our room little cold it maybe because of the weather on that day was very windy and so cold weather. It was the 1st day in Tbilisi snow going to start.

We initially booked 3 nights because we weren’t sure about the hotel’s condition but we ended up extending our stay at THE ONE hotel for 7 nights (our whole stay in Georgia). The location of the hotel is convenient we traveled around tibilisi by walking and most of the good restaurants and famous attractions were located 15-20 mins by walk. The grocery store and pharmacy were around 7 mins walking. Although the hotel was located close to touristic attractions, the place was quiet and peaceful since it’s inside an alley. The staff were always ready to offer their help and rooms were cleaned every 2 days if not daily (you can always ask for clean up in case they didn’t and they will directly respond). The rooms had towels, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, water, coffee, tea, and all the useful items you might need. We stayed in both budget double room and standard double room and of course we highly advise to pay extra money to get the standard double room since it has bigger bathroom, more space to move around, and better ventilation. I was really satisfied with the cleanliness of the floor, bedsheets, and most importantly the bathroom. The breakfast was also good enough to start the day offering a variety of item from eggs, cheese, ham, bread, fruits, cereals, sweets, hot and cold drinks.

The floor was made of tiles to it was always freezing cold but it was okay with slipper or socks. Wifi was slow sometimes

During our 2-day stay, the hotel served a lovely breakfast each morning. There was a good mix of hot and cold options—eggs, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, and more. Drinks included fresh juice, coffee, and tea. The staff were friendly, and the cozy dining area made it a pleasant start to our day. The hotel stay is highly recommended for those seeking a pleasant and restful sleep. The rooms were quiet, the beds comfortable, and the overall ambiance very relaxing.

Everything was value for money

Our stay at the hotel from May 3rd to May 9th was a delightful experience. Tucked away at the end of a serene dead-end alley, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat. The rooms were not only spotless and spacious but also well-appointed with all the necessities for our stay. The highlight, however, was the exemplary staff, particularly the gentlemen at the front desk: Adam, Bisher, and Youssouf. Their kindness and efficiency surpassed any hotel management team I've encountered. Additionally, I'd like to express my gratitude to Mr. Hassan, the owner, whose gracious demeanor left a lasting impression when we met him towards the end of our stay. Their collective efforts to accommodate our needs promptly and their warm hospitality ensured that our stay was nothing short of memorable. My sincerest thanks to all of you for such a wonderful experience.

A wonderful hotel close to the main attractions of Tbilisi. At the same time, it is located in a quiet and peaceful place. Excellent mattress and bed. I slept just great! I recommend taking a room with its own small garden, as I did. Very friendly receptionist and other staff who were always ready to help. Quality breakfast, which had all the necessary ingredients.

There were a few minor details that didn't affect the overall impression. I won't even list them, because even taking them into account, the price of accommodation is much lower than the hotel deserves.

Location is just around the corner, you can just go around by walking and since the weather was good. Staffs are extremely hospitable, Mr Youssef and the other gentleman in the reception. Also there's variety of breakfast that was good. There's a mini garden too and rooftop where you can have a good view. Rooms were being cleaned on daily basis and yes there's bidet! It's a good stay overall.
