The room was clean, comfortable and well air conditioned. The hotel was new and fresh, good breakfast. Pool area was very nice and the staff were very kind.

The location was not the best for us, it's a little out of the centre centre. It was very peaceful and calm which I think would be perfect for some but there was not too much going on there. However worth mentioning it's easy to get a bolt or the metro!

I must appreciate the male receptionist who helped us in recovery of my iPhone which I forgot in the taxi , it was late night but he kept on calling the driver and insisted to return it now, he made all the calls from his mobile and even paid the taxi driver as I was out of change at that time. hotel is wonderful and everyone enjoying the poolside, breakfast area is nice and cozy, good verity of food, AC is good and we enjoyed watching the rain over the pool, furniture is new. although the hotel is a bit inside but the access to grocery shop, restaurant is near.

being a bit inside and surrounded by residential properties, the area became very quite and dark at night , almost no one will be walking , no life at all.

No coffee maker in the restaurant for breakfast or rooms…sold in the bar close to the reception

staff is very cooperative, we celebrated our first wedding anniversary here They complemented us with cake, chocolate ballon champagne bottle. our flight was in evening but they allow us 2 hours extra for checkout without any extra charges..

Location is a bit out of the centre which we liked and was max GEL7-8 per taxi to the centre. We did have a bit of a disappointment on the view of the room we booked but staff upgraded us and the new room was perfect with a view of the lovely pool and garden. Rooms are generally very nice, well-kept, good bathrooms with toiletries supplied

New and clean hotel in a silent street, not far from the city center, two minute's walk to the bus stop on the main street connecting the city to the airport. Excellent open buffet breakfast, taken care of by one lady who oversees whatever required. The reception helped with calling a yandex taxi whenever I went out. Within a few minutes walk there are a few shops and markets. There are a few restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. 8 minutes walk to the metro station. Actually it is sufficient to use only the airport bus line 337 that passes in either directions every 15 minutes, to go to the most important parts of the city.

Almost every thing is excellent, We enjoyed our stay in vinum hotel . It is cozy , clean , tidy , nice owner with very nice staff especially Beka who helped us too much We enjoyed swimming in swimming pool Breakfast is tasty and amazing with different varieties I recommend vinum hotel and sure I will come again

Although the pool is quite small, it’s used by few people and is therefore a great asset, especially with young children. The area is nice and quiet, very well connected with central Tbilisi by metro. The staff were helpful and the room was very comfortable (quiet; very good mattress).

It was the nice stay feeling like in a really hotel (didn't have that many in our journey to Georgia). Comfortable room and bathroom, good breakfast, respectful stuff

The pillows were not very comfortable for me. There is a wine fridge in the room with the very bright lighting in the night.

Breakfast was lovely, the staff were friendly, the pool area was nice, and the beds were comfortable.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved; for that, I give 6/10. Everything else is 10/10.
