Great location. The female manager was really approachable and helpful.

My room was on the ground floor, near the reception and next to the Main Street connecting metro station to old town. As such, I wasn’t able to draw my curtains. In addition, it gets stuffy in the room if the windows were closed. But if I open the window, cigarette smoke and noise comes into the room. Hot water didn’t run too well in the evening, but works well in the morning.

Our stay in Tbilisi Inn was so amazing. Staff: The manager there was so accommodating and she's very nice to their customers. The receptionist and housekeeping always greet us every time they see us. Breakfast: Great selection of foods, a lot of variety of foods and you can eat outdoor and have a very nice view. Room: Spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping and they change the towel Daily. Location: Quiet Place and very near to Carrefour and restaurants. Few minutes walk from tourist spot like peace of bridge, cable car and mother of Georgia. Overall our stay in this hotel was so great and for sure we will recommend this to our friends. Thank U Tbilisi Inn.

the location of hotel was nice and room size also good acroding tp price,the morning breakfast was avarage they can improve ,the hotel staff are nice, cleaning service and room service is good location is excelent walking distance from freedom square

the hotel lobby looks dull with dull light can improve as first time someone enters a hotel he must have a warm feeling and the swimming pool in basement is just average

The location of the hotel is super strategic, close to everywhere, walking distance to the bridge of peace, clock tower and a lot of good restaurants nearby.The Hotel manager Diana was super approaching and she knows what hospitality is.

The bed 🛏️ are slightly not comfortable

The location is great. 1 minute walk to Avlabari station, 10 minutes walk to the Old city. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy just around a corner. The breakfast is good. The indoor pool is small but kids have spent there couple of hours. The stuff at the reception was very friendly, help us with every request we had.

The hotel is a little bit old, needs some modernization.

Breakfast is not up to the mark Room cleaning team stole 200Euros from my brief case ; it’s my fault of keeping money there … So no complaints ; But I enjoyed the stay here and will come again ..

The room is convenient for us as well as the location, it is located in the city center and the breakfast is good also. I specifically enjoy the coffee, it has a lot of choices and they juices and fruits too.

I think the room are not sound proof, my bed is nearby the window and I woke up very early like 5AM hearing someone talking from the outside but it's manageable.

Due to its prime location, the hotel enables convenient exploration of nearby tourist attractions.

The food choices here are quite limited, which doesn't meet the standard we'd expect from a 4-star hotel based on our past experiences. The balcony is too narrow; it should have been larger.

Great place to stay, location is central, free parking is available along the street. Staff was nice and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast on the terrace with a great view of the city. Were surprised to know that a swimming pool is also available - that was a plus. Definitely recommend!

The staff was very helpful. We just stayed for a single night and found the hotel much better than our expectations. We also had a day tour booked and we could leave our luggage safely at the reception for the whole day.
