Ika is so helpful the whole time that we stayed and he has been supportive and helpful as well. Though the other staff around are not English speakers, Hotel Kopala provides a comfortable environment for the guests. breakfast is ok for me since I am not a breakfast person, but somehow, the variety of food on a daily basis is the same except that 2 dishes are served every other day. but having a nice view while you sip your coffee makes a difference.

at least they provide free coffee, or tea daily coz that's the first thing that you grab when you wake up.

Very nice hotel with plenty of character, in a perfect location for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the fact that they let us check in early, as we had arrived on a very early flight. Comfortable rooms and decent breakfasts, the breakfast room has a great view of the city.

The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is expensive and not great, my chicken was served cold and even partly frozen, but at least they quickly removed this from the bill. The rest of the meal was ok. Another problem was loud music coming from a nearby bar/club all night. While the hotel probably can't stop this music, it would be good if they invested in better soundproofing for their windows.

Very well located, with easy access to 24-hour facilities. The cleanliness and quality of the rooms are excellent. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, with highly qualified and helpful staff. The hotel’s restaurant is simply wonderful, with very well-prepared and elaborate dishes, and the most beautiful view one could have for a dinner on the terrace, almost always accompanied by very pleasant music. I would like to thank all the staff for providing me with an excellent experience during my stay, especially Anna, with red hair, for her friendliness and the tips she gave me about the city from check-in to check-out.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is ideal for tourists, being in the middle of everything you want to do and see. The hotel has great food, wifi, beautiful view, and is very clean. I would highly recommend this stay!

the view from our room is spectacular! it is walking distance in every corner. we were hesitant at first when we arrived, but once we found our way, we felt relieved and walked around places. the staff, especially Ika, are helpful and always ready for a hand. the staff are accommodating.

Visited the property in March. Location of the hotel property, convenience to travel and walk-around in old city of tbilisi, the location is wonderful and ease of access to tourist spots (surely if you are willig to walk and experience the city, culture and ambience). I would like to come back someday and stay at the same property. The property also accomodated an early check-in for us at no extra charge and the same was an appreciated gesture.

The location is great. walking distance to most places. The hotel has a 24 hour check in desk and I was able to check in at 4:00am in the morning. On request, they were kind enough to extend tge check out time till 2 PM (as my flight was delayed). The hotel is great for the affordable price. Highly recommended for travellers seeking good value for money.

The bathroom ventilation was not very good and a rustic old building smell was persistently there.

First of all: the location and the view from the room (balcony) is awesome! Magnificent Church of Metekhi etc... But! Only from the suits! (1 floor) Second: help from staff with the luggage ( unfortunately not everywhere in Georgia)

There were no bathrobes (but stated) and the towelheating rail in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was OK (local standart's though), filtre coffee (at least not only instant). The attitude of staff is not really welcoming, just doing their job more or less...
