The location is very close to city, shops metro bus station, and almost everything near by. Mr George is always there for helps. Nice breakfast ever day deferent menus, we really enjoyed, this place is easy to find, if wants tours they will arrange it, and cheaper way to air port pick up and drop off too. One of Mr. Genadi , he is the best driver , you never get bored, because it's all long way drives. Restaurants are walking distance, and many attractions are near by. This is my 1st time in Georgia_ Tbilisi . We really enjoyed. NB- Never traped in Tbilisi air port privet taxi deal. Google translate is very important.

Good position in the center of Tbilisi next to the metro. Very kind staff who prepared breakfast for me even before the planned time. Nice to have a fridge in the room so the water could remain fresh.

It was very close to the old town of Tbilisi. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. There breakfast was very good too, different every morning. Metro and bus station was just a 3 minute walk. The owner was o lovely man, willing to help us with anything we needed.

The mattresses were old enough.

The breakfast could be a bit better, have more choice to chose from. Also, there was no internet in some rooms, in mine there was absolutely no signal, I had to come to another one

It’s pretty close to all sightseeings. I wanna say million thanks to the owner who turned on the AC ahead as it was too cold when we landed in Georgia. The owners were happy to help every time

Location is really super , Major attractions of Tblisi are very near and in a walkable distance. From the balcony itself we could see most of the major attractions of Tblisi .Staff is very supportive and always with smiling face. Breakfast was very tasty.

Location is on metekhi ascent near to europa square and metro station. Room is small but clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Giorgi. Public parking space was available infront of hotel. Supermarket, restaurants, money exchange were all nearby. Rike park, bridge of peace were also in walkable distance.

The staff was more than great very nice and helpful, the location is 10 minutes walk to the heart of the old city. our room was a bit small no compliance because this is what we booked, in total very recommended place.

Great location - very close to metro station, supermarket and walking distance to centre of the town. Good facilities - big and well equiped rooms, plentiful and delicious breakfast. Super nice and very helpfull owners. They were happy to assist all our needs and even upgraded our room.
