The room looks exactly like the picture it's very modern the bed was comfortable the ac was cold and nice , the bathroom was very modern ,the balcony was very spacious , the ladies at the reception were very helpful and professional infact all of the staff were amazing from the receptionists to bellboy . I would definitely book it again when I'm in tbilisi

There was unpleasant smell coming from the toilet and the curtains weren't covering the whole window it was an issue for me because I'm used to sleep in a dark place

The hotel was just next to a nice park which gave it a nice atmosphere. It also had a nice veranda. The breakfast was really nice accompanied with live piano music. That was awesome! Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing that should be changed was the stains on the ceiling after a leakage. I also think the roof terrace could be used more effectively as it was really nice. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and I would choose this hotel again.

The location was perfect. 15 min walk to liberty square . 5 min to nearby Christmass markets. Carefore store near the hotel. The breakfast was great veraity. But the food was not always hot. Specially the boiled eggs were cold.

The room was smaller than expected. The lighting was very low. Only 3 small lamps near the bed in the room for light. The queen bed was very small similar to a single bed size barely fits 2 kids. No towel heater in the bathroom. It should be a Must in every bathroom.

The hotel is in very beautiful place with natural & old city side Honestly, its very nice experience that I would like to repeat. Everything was beautiful. Thank you for the beautiful reception, I advise everyone who wants to experience beautiful nature to visit this beautiful place all historical location on walking distance

The room was bright, spacious and modern with a lovely outside terrace. The location was great; a short walk to all the main tourist spots.

The roof terrace is used for functions only and is not for use by the hotel guests which wasn't something we were aware of when booking. The main restaurant and terrace area downstairs was also booked out for functions most of the time we were there which was a shame.

The interior design is very stylish, everything is spotless, and the soundproofing is excellent — we didn’t hear the neighbors at all. Breakfast was solid and satisfying, and all the little details are well thought out. The hairdryer was surprisingly good too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect — right in the old town with parking nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and well-run place to stay.

All the people working at the hotel were so awesome and kind. Very clean, silent and comfortable hotel, perfect for a long stay in Tbilisi. Very good attractions and restaurants near and easily to grab a taxi for everywhere for lower price. Breakfast is ok, food on the museum cafe is so tasty and delicious. In my case I could check in a couple of hours earlier cause my room was already available. Don’t be afraid to ask to the staff, they will help you.

I think the bed didn’t seem to be in the best shape, although the mattress was comfortable and lot of space for 2 persons sleep.

The location of the hotel for walking around the city was very good. The staff were super accommodating and very nice. Breakfast was decent. Also there is a carrefour nearby which is quiet handy. Plus a few coffee shops and parks just around the corner from the hotel.

The floor looked very worn out and could do with some renovation. I was given a room at the end of the hallway even though there were other rooms available closer to the lift. Not much wrong with the hotel.

Lovely neat and clean room, attached with wonderful terrace plus good view , spacious bath room with classy tub, nice variety breakfast and credit goes to live piano player in restaurant. hotel location was good, nice restaurants just around the corner, safe area also. Quick response from technical staff to handle the electricity problem in room.

No enough gadget plunger in room, chargeable milk for making tea in room was not friendly, need to climb stairs to deliver luggage from lobby to lift show weakness of design.

The hotel is stylish, and location is good, easy for parking and quiet during evening. The restaurant underground is good, with a little people and tasty food.

The sound proofing is bad, you can hear every cough in the neighbors room , and the bread of breakfast was so disappointing, it was a shame in Georgia! At least we should have fresh bread!
