The room looks exactly like the picture it's very modern the bed was comfortable the ac was cold and nice , the bathroom was very modern ,the balcony was very spacious , the ladies at the reception were very helpful and professional infact all of the staff were amazing from the receptionists to bellboy . I would definitely book it again when I'm in tbilisi

There was unpleasant smell coming from the toilet and the curtains weren't covering the whole window it was an issue for me because I'm used to sleep in a dark place

The location was perfect. 15 min walk to liberty square . 5 min to nearby Christmass markets. Carefore store near the hotel. The breakfast was great veraity. But the food was not always hot. Specially the boiled eggs were cold.

The room was smaller than expected. The lighting was very low. Only 3 small lamps near the bed in the room for light. The queen bed was very small similar to a single bed size barely fits 2 kids. No towel heater in the bathroom. It should be a Must in every bathroom.

The hotel is in very beautiful place with natural & old city side Honestly, its very nice experience that I would like to repeat. Everything was beautiful. Only WiFi is week need to fix it..

All the people working at the hotel were so awesome and kind. Very clean, silent and comfortable hotel, perfect for a long stay in Tbilisi. Very good attractions and restaurants near and easily to grab a taxi for everywhere for lower price. Breakfast is ok, food on the museum cafe is so tasty and delicious. In my case I could check in a couple of hours earlier cause my room was already available. Don’t be afraid to ask to the staff, they will help you.

I think the bed didn’t seem to be in the best shape, although the mattress was comfortable and lot of space for 2 persons sleep.

The location of the hotel for walking around the city was very good. The staff were super accommodating and very nice. Breakfast was decent. Also there is a carrefour nearby which is quiet handy. Plus a few coffee shops and parks just around the corner from the hotel.

The floor looked very worn out and could do with some renovation. I was given a room at the end of the hallway even though there were other rooms available closer to the lift. Not much wrong with the hotel.

Lovely neat and clean room, attached with wonderful terrace plus good view , spacious bath room with classy tub, nice variety breakfast and credit goes to live piano player in restaurant. hotel location was good, nice restaurants just around the corner, safe area also. Quick response from technical staff to handle the electricity problem in room.

No enough gadget plunger in room, chargeable milk for making tea in room was not friendly, need to climb stairs to deliver luggage from lobby to lift show weakness of design.

If you are looking for the best hotel in Tbilisi - Museum Hotel Orbeliani is the right choice. Everything was great - location, facilities, meal, staff etc. We were celebrating my birthday, and were impressed by my bday gift from hotel - excellent wine with cheese / honey / grape plate. An extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, as it promises a perfect stay. Location-wise, the hotel couldn't be better situated - allowing easy access to major attractions. The rooms at the Museum Hotel were also nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, elegantly decorated, with the most comfortable bed. The staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant and housekeeping, every member went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Also, surprised nobody in the reviews mentioned the excellent cafe in the lobby! Their daily breakfast spread is amazing and such a perfect way to start the day!

We love the most is the location and the hospitality of the staffs. Location is a walking distance to most of Tbilisi landmarks, restaurants, local parks, public transporation, mall and supermarkets. Staffs are very friendly, accomodating and hospitable in every possible way. They allowed us for an early check in without additional charge and upon check out, they even prepare packed breakfast for all of us to take into our flight! Everyday, housekeeping team clean and fix your room. Front desk are very friendly; they always smile and greet their guests. They will also help you on every assistance you need upon your stay. Lastly, the history of Museum Hotel fascinates us! From where it all started and how they are continuously preserving the stories behind it.

Nothing major. Would be great if they'll try to enhance the window and door soundproofing to lessen the noise you'll hear from outside, specailly when your room is located along the roadside. Also, adding bidet in the bathroom will be additional plus.

A modern boutique hotel with nice touches. Rooms are large, bright and clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a decent spread with mostly western options. The hotel is 10-15 min walk to the river and the Peace Bridge.

Could be abit more handicap-friendly. There are steps up to the front door and up from lobby to lift with no ramp for luggage or wheelchairs.
