The location is very good, convenient travel, big bedroom, clean and the hotel is beautiful decorated.

Breakfast is not much choice, simple food and on the day I arrived at the hotel there was no one to help with my luggage, The hotel should provide a porter for customers because there is no elevator. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, so when I shower water leaks out.

It is located near Freedom Square. It was very convenient to reach Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square, or Peace Bridge within a maximum of 10 minutes by walking. The place was likely quiet and peaceful, probably because it was winter. I'm sure it will be more alive and more crowded in spring and summer. The staff was friendly and attentive. The prices at the cafe/restaurant were reasonable compared to outside.

The breakfast was not bad. It could be further customized for Turkish guests in the future. Climbing stairs is okay, but it would have been better if there was an elevator. Climbing stairs can be challenging after exploring the entire city and returning tired.

Do not expect a top class hotel, but you will get excellent value for little money! Beautiful historical building, small modern rooms. Walking distance to the Liberty Square (metro station; airport busstop) and the old city. Very well located in the presidential district, next to a park. Hence, urban but still pretty quiet. There is a barrier restricing entrance to the hotel road - hence, one may need to walk the last 100 meters to the hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable, with a few minor issues worth noting: Great Location: The hotel's central location is a definite plus, offering easy access to the city's attractions. Exceptional Staff: The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a relaxing retreat.

Cold Corridors: One downside was the chilly corridors; it would have been more comfortable if they were warmer. Delayed Breakfast: Another point to mention is that breakfast started later than expected, which might inconvenience early risers. Limited Breakfast Selection: I also noticed the absence of cereals, which could be disappointing for some guests. Coffee and Tea Wait: Lastly, the wait for coffee and tea at breakfast was longer than desired, and this could be improved.

I lived in 101room and lot of phone call to 101room. People think that 101 is a reception and call here even at night.

The hotel was in a quiet area, very clean, 2 minutes walk from a big grocery store, and right beside a walk street with many restaurants. The front desk was open 24/7 and the breakfast in the morning was also good.

I wish the room was a bit bigger. I like to do push ups in the morning, and there was no space for that. Also, the walls could use a bit more sound insulation.

The room was cozy and clean. A big comfortable bed, TV with Netflix. Great location - central and beautiful. The room itself is nice to spend time in.

The breakfast could have been better with more foods to choose from. There was loud music outside in the evening (I stayed there over a weekend), as there are street musicians playing in the area. Closing the window didn't help, so I had to use earplugs in order to be able to sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay. We loved it so much and extended our stay which was happily accommodated. Love the closeness to the park, flower market, everything and friendly staff, especially the hostess. Wish we talked more if not for the language barrier. Breakfast was wonderful. Courtyard is lovely with the perfect weather

The hotel is in a great location and everything in Old Tbilisi was within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was kind enough to move me to a bigger room after I told them that the room I booked online had a seating area and more space than the first one they gave me. The breakfast was good and had enough options to choose from- just remember everything in Georgia opens a bit late and the breakfast starts at 8 am. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Nice location could be a weak point - very noisy pedestrian street outside the window. Loud music and tons of people, if you're going to relax, that would be not a good idea. Breakfasts is fine but with limited choice and the same food for 3 nights. Omlete is 2 out of 5. Cleaning performed under the order
