The hotel was very clean every nook and corner. The breakfast was very good with few Georgian local food included. Behind the hotel itself is lane of many Restuarant with different cuisines- Mexican, Asian, Arabic, Chinese and Georgian as well. There a walkable distance Carrefour supermarket for any necessities shopping. There are parks across and behind the hotel. Most of attractions are near by and walkable.

Breakfast options can include hotel bullseye and omelette. Also more bread options.

Tbilisi is a beautiful city with so much to see and experience. I loved this property, as a female solo traveler, I felt safe, especially in the neighborhood, even late at night. One thing to mention is that there are many friendly and approachable homeless cats and dogs (including kittens and puppies) in Tbilisi. As an animal lover, I enjoyed being around them. If you can, please bring some dog or cat food to feed them, as they are homeless and hungry. You can buy it at any grocery store. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians. Definitely check out the sulfur bath, you’ll thank me later! I absolutely loved the city and will definitely be going back.

We stayed in Superior room which was spacious, comfy and perfectly clean, equipped with everything a traveler would need. Hotel is perfectly located on the quiet street in central part of Tbilisi, has stylish design, yet cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, and I can't forget the lady playing the piano in the restaurant. Hotel team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We have truly enjoyed our stay and would like to say heartfelt 'thank you' to the hotel team for their effort. Next time we visit Tbilisi we won't even consider any alternative accomodation!

I can't think of anything, honestly. Everything was just wonderful.

Great location in a quiet downtown area, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast varied slightly each day, offering a well-curated selection and nice coffee. Live music added to the pleasant atmosphere. The air conditioning worked efficiently for both cooling and heating. The bed was comfortable, and the workspace was well-suited. Soundproofing was excellent - no noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Daily cleaning ensured a consistently fresh and tidy environment.

The room lacked a hanger in the hallway, though there was a cabinet available for hanging clothes.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. It had a nice breakfast as well, not a huge variety, but basic things and they tasted well. The location of the hotel is amazing, everything is just a 2 minute walk from here (restaurants, cafes, parks, etc). I definitely recommend this place for families and couples.

Not a huge deal, but the water pressure keeps increasing and decreasing while showering. Again, not a huge deal.

Everything was perfect

Boutique hotel located in a very beautiful and safe/calm neighbourhood, yet very close to supermarket, cafés, restaurants, parks & currency exchange spots. Also, at a walking distance from all major museums (and Rustaveli avenue with its magnificent buildings), Liberty Square, open-air markets, Peace bridge and sulphur baths. Incredible breakfast, an ode to traditional Georgian cuisine and very comfortable beds. Huge pros its 24/24 reception and its very helpful, kind and warm staff. Highly recommended.

Brand new hotel at the centre of Tbilisi. The room was clean and provided for everything needed. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, even more than the bedroom. Breakfast was nice with decent selection of various food for every taste. The staff was great and helpful. Location itself is an asset as there are many places for eating and drinking just few steps from hotel, and the old town is just a short walk away.

The bedroom space felt a bit squeezed making it harder to get around the bed. Sitting and working at the table is really not an option, but you can always use the lounge cafe area for that. It was interesting that housekeeping did not change towels for couple of days and did so after reminder.

The breakfast was very good. The sunny side eggs that were prepared upon request were the best ones that I have eaten in a long time. Staff during breakfast and at the reception were friendly and helpful in making all the necessary travel arrangements. As for the room the bed was very comfortable.

The room was not sound proof which was a bit annoying considering you have plenty of street dogs in Tblisi. I also found that the bathroom was relatively small and quite slippery when getting out of the shower.

everything was just perfect breakfast, different dishes everyday stuff, welcoming, speaking various of languages clearness, everyday cleaning which happens exactly when you are out of the room, guess that they take into account when you are out of the room at the entrance the location, close to everything and beautiful park but in peaceful street without traffic and with nice architecture around a big thank you to all the personal of the hotel

air conditioning, it has only hot air because it was the begging of April it was okay but still hot in the room, I guess in May or June it will be a hell hot
