The staff, all of them - are the nicest I ever met. They are very helpful whereas 'helpful' means they really help when one needs it, not a figure of speech. Imagine - i asked the manager for a nearest pharmacy (which is 200 meters down the street) he gave the direction but also just pulled out the pills I needed from his pocket for me. The hotel is BRAND NEW and gorgeous. Breakfasts are wonderful! 8.30 to 11.30 - ever seen that often? :) You won't be late even if you try) wake up, have a coffee, do the business, come back at 11.30 for lunch:) I said this place is totally new - no need to mention perfect beds, mini bar, volt, and built-in air-conditioning you won't hear ever.

Can't find a black cat in a dark room when it does not exist.

I don't have enough words to describe it, so I'll summarize in just one word - perfection!!! Thank you guys for everything.

The receptionist and staff are very accommodating 😘 The bed is very comfy and room is huge! Love it. You get to have view of the river!

Breakfast can be improved. It's good but very small serving (yes very small serving 😄) and I felt being judged whenever I bring food to my table 🤣 haha. I'm a huge breakfast person sorry 😂🫰🏻

I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my visit to Tbilisi. The reason is the Hotel “ Carousel”, where I have stayed at. The hotel located in a very good location in Tbilisi from the point of view of the tourism. From the balcony one can see the amazing views of the Mtkvari river. The newly opened hotel was sparklingly clean. A room with a modern design and a comfortable bedroom, and most importantly, front desk staff, led by Mr David, is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. I will be happy to visit the Hotel again.

Location and room was excellent.

Breakfast was less than avarage. Everything was market items. Boiled egg was green cause of early boiled and variety of food was very low. Such country in Georgia, why we ate market bread? Georgia is baking country...

Property is near big highway. So it is a little bit noisy at night.

Rooms are spacious. Supplies are generous.

Poor breakfast. Too noisy on second floor. Location is a bit bizarre as it is not located in the most walking-friendly neighborhood.

Room is well designed and the bed was really comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and supportive, mostly young staff who speaks very good English. Breakfast was sufficient and very tasty.

Location is the only negative point.
