My stay at the Artisan Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi was absolutely unforgettable. The stunning interior design shows that someone really paid attention to every detail, no matter how small. The rooms are beautiful, and the bathroom is cozy and lovely. The room had everything I needed, and I especially appreciated the filtered water – a great amenity. The hotel staff are wonderful. I lost my wallet and phone on the hotel premises, but the staff quickly found my belongings and made sure everything was returned to me safely. I am incredibly grateful for their help and professionalism. The hotel's location is perfect – there are many interesting shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The proximity to Mtatsminda Park is another plus. This is my fifth place to stay in Tbilisi, and it’s definitely my favorite. If I visit Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay at Artisan Boutique. P.S. Although the rooms on the ground floor do not offer a city view, the inner garden is very cozy and a nice place to relax.

This is a really fun, quirky, unique, authentic and fun hotel in the heart of Old Tbilisi (which to me is the most fun part), and it's managed by very kind, very sweet people who seem they'd do anything to make your stay great. I can't recommend this place enough. The fun, quirky country seems full of happy, nice people who genuinely care about each other, and this hotel seems to be the perfect embodiment of that. The location is also really great – the hotel is very close to several great hiking trails that lead to beautiful vistas overlooking the city.

Amazing little boutique hotel! The attention to detail was very impressive, both in the rooms and the common areas. Super comfy beds, great hot shower, nice amenities. Most of all, it's spotless thanks to the kind and wonderful Alina. There are no dirty or dusty corners in this hotel. The decor is gorgeous and artistic. Maru, the stray kitten in the courtyard became my best friend for the 5 days I was there. There isn't always staff around, but they are very responsive to messages. They take any issues -- maintenance or otherwise -- very seriously and address them immediately. Thank you to Alina and staff for providing a warm and memorable stay.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception or anywhere else. The safe box wouldn’t open with the code given to us in the email. We spent around 20 minutes in the hot lobby, trying to open the box. We found a number, called it and the person told me that the code was different. We opened the box just to see that it was empty. They asked us to go over the counter and take a key somewhere from the drawer. Also we had just one set of towels despite having a room for 2. The receptionist came after like 2 hours and gave us the towels. But from that point on, everything was great and we kind of let it go. Still would be nice to have someone there when the guests arrive

We had a wonderful stay at Arts Hotel Tbilisi. The location is perfect, very close to the main attractions, and the metro/bus. Also, it is quite accessible; no uphill walk. The hotel is quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything has an artistic touch! We loved the antique ambience of our room, of the hotel, and of the area. Ms. Alina, the housekeeper, did our room every single day. She is a kindhearted, sweet and caring lady. She also suggested a good medical center for an issue I faced. The communication with the management was straightforward and efficient. Everything was very smooth. We will definitely come again! We loved Tbilisi for its authentic character, the warmth of its people, and the food and wine.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, just as described on the website. It was cleaned and tidied every day, with towels and toiletries restocked. Even the dirty dishes in the sink were washed. We truly felt at home. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the charming old streets of Tbilisi, with easy walking access to the entire city. A bus and van station was right in front of the hotel, along with several large supermarkets, a bakery, and a fruit shop, making shopping very convenient. Highly recommended! Whenever I return to this city, I will choose this place again

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the people. Warm and kind hearted. True arts connoisseurs and passioneers. Hygiene is impeccable, particularly their homekeeper Alina keeps the place like her own. She's told that she has so much love for the owner because they respect her a lot, she feels like she's the General Manager. I wish all work places are like this. Alina has a heart of gold nd because of her, I'll definitely return to the hotel and recommend this experience to all my friends. She found me in solitude at the lobby and offered me her warmest smile, the snow caps melted. Made me her favorite coffee, shared her favorite pumpkin seed snack, and gave me chocolates to keep me in my next leg. And oh they have a wine cellar 😍✨

It's not a dislike but just to inform others that the place maybe a little tricky to find. It wasn't obvious from the hilly road towards it.

Everything was beautiful! There are everything inside of the hotel and outside. Ms. Alina cleaned a room perfectly every day! Her cleaning skill is amazing. She is the best cleaner in my life and in the world! Of course hotel manager Ana also is kind and advices us perfectly. It's easy to take a bus. There is a bus stop very near the hotel. We hope that we will be able to stay there when we will visit Tbilisi again.

The hotel was very authentic. It had a beautiful courtyard with a nice lobby area full of art pieces. There is also a wine cellar with selection wines. It's located very close to city center and places you might wanna visit in your trip. Easy to access from main roads and on foot. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, cozy and well designed. I could've stayed there comfortably as if this was my home for months easily. This quality for this price is great.
