A nice hotel, very clean one. I was happy. Location wise was ok-ish too, 5/7mins walk to Liberty Square/Old Town Start. The Hotel owner helped a lot on message to check me in, with instructions, at late hours, as the hotel is un-manned from 9pm to 9am.

The reception person at desk wasn't of any help, local knowledge, local info. If a person at desk can help, it eases the tourists a lot, in an unknown land.

First of all, it is extremely friendly staff, I would like to mention the hotel manager and the lady at the reception. They were so modest that they didn’t even say their name.We arrived early in the morning at 7 o'clock, and they let us check in. Superb location - 8 minutes walk from the Liberty Square. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed with extra warm blanket. Good value for money. Highly recommend to everyone.

nothing negative to mention

Everything was great. Super clean , comfortable. i had family room with balcony ( it had two small balconies) which was great for sitting and taking coffee while watching the street. The toilet also had muslim shower which is big ++ Freedom square was 10min walk. Super market and other shops were nearby as well.

Good value for money, decent location, clean and comfortable

Reception hours are 9 am - 9pm. If you need help to order a taxi early in the morning for example no one is there . They do provide instructions for late check in Room was a bit cold on the first night Please note there is no elevator. Accessing 4th floor would be hard with a lot of luggage

Nice location, nice room, price quality ratio

They make copies of passports and treat your privacy concerns not as priority. I hope they will safely remove my personally identifiable information. The lobby is a no go zone, which I find strange. Except for not handing my privacy good this a good hotel.

Location is 600 meters from the Liberty Square metro station. The owner was nice Room and bathroom was very clean with good hot water My room was in the first floor with stairs Overall I liked my stay had no problems, will book this place again.

Bed comfort was 7/10 for me, mattress was little too soft and old.

It was the best choice for us due to the next to toilet 🚽 the is shower 🚿 pipe shower to wash after finishing the toilet use. Also the balcony was lovely although it was noisy but it was an amazing experience. The staff were especially so sweet.

Noisy balcony but manageable

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I had a very brief stay here before a morning flight so cannot comment too much on stay.

My room was facing onto the street and there was a lot of noise during the night - people talking and dogs barking so I didn't sleep as well as I was hoping.

Very friendly staff and helpful.

Only bad WiFi connection

The hotel is located in the city downtown near Freedom Square. On Daniel Chonquadze Street you can find hiking routs to Turtle Lake (15-20 min far from the hotel on foot). Other top attractions are also not so far from here (National Botanical Garden, Shota Rustaveli Avenue, The Bridge of Peace, European Square, Mtatsminda Park - with the Funicular). The neighborhood is quiet. Room was clear! Breakfasts were delicious and not small! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

I would like to see here more flexible breakfasts schedule - now you can choose only from 9 to 11AM.
