Excellent and stylish hotel on a hill with great view of the city. The room was amazing: clean, beautiful, everything for personal care is provided (even a robe and slippers), comfortable shower, comfortable beds, air conditioning, tea, coffee and bottled water. Breakfast was a buffet, not an extremely large selection, but definitely enough for a tasty and balanced breakfast for every taste. We were pleased with traditional dishes, cheeses and sweets from Georgia. There's also outside smoking area. Very responsive staff, we arrived at 4 am and were able to check in on our own and very simply, everything was thought out.

This was not a minus, since we often used taxis, but the hotel is located on a hill so you will have to walk uphill. keep this in mind if you have luggage.

We had a wonderful experience at About Sololaki – a true boutique gem in the heart of Tbilisi. Just 7 minutes walk from liberty Square uphill The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, and extremely comfortable. Each detail feels thoughtful and elegant. Breakfast was a real treat, offering a generous selection of local Georgian dishes alongside fresh and tasty options – a perfect way to start the day. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The entire team was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Elena, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness, attention, and professionalism turned our visit into something truly memorable. We highly recommend About Sololaki and would gladly return. It's not just a hotel – it's a place that makes you feel at home

The hotel is a perfect base for exploring the city, centrally located but in a quite neighborhood, what is rare for Tbilisi. Very friendly and responsive staff, clean, comfortable bed, tea and coffee in the room, the room looked just like in the pictures and has a really nice view

The breakfast was okay, I’d say a little bit poor as we were staying for about a week and unfortunately it wasn't a variety of options. Also it seemed to me that the bread was not refreshed all that time :( The room was clean but there were some old stains on the carpet that definitely require cleaning

Immaculately clean, well furbished with a very comfortable bed. The rooms must be very well soundproofed as I had no disturbance from other guests. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of options (and runs until 11:00 if you fancy a lie in). A lift, which is always welcome. A bit of a walk (downhill) to Freedom Square but if you get the Bolt app you can use the very cheap taxis to get around and to avoid the uphill climb back. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good location (although it's on a hill so bear this in mind if driving, or have mobility issues). Excellent bed! Lovely room, with nice view and light. All necessary amenities in the bathroom, plus bathrobes. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Front desk arranged us a drive to take us to Kazbegi with was really convenient.

We weren't able to turn on the TV, it seemed that the remote control was out of battery. This wasn't a big issue. But it would have been nice to be able to relax with a movie at night after a long day of exploring.

My favorite aspect of this property is the staff. They are the face of any hospitality operation and the employees of About Sololaki are outstanding. Andriy , Elena, and Ana at the front desk do a great job. They are helpful, friendly and very professional. All three of them are very knowledgeable about Tbilisi. The ladies who oversee the wonderful breakfast served each day do a great job . The staff members who look after room maintenance are very efficient as well as being friendly.

My only criticism of the property is it’s location in the hills of Old Tbilisi make access a bit difficult for taxi drivers at times but the other aspects I mentioned more than compensate and make a stay there very worthwhile.

The Location was great. I stayed for two weeks. The staff were fabulous, Andro on reception always greeted you with a smile and went above and beyond to help you with any requests. Worth his wait in gold that one. If he worked for me I’d defo pay him well so I didn’t lose him. The head chef Irma again was fabulous, she was always ready to help with any special breakfast requests. The breakfasts were always very tasty and she always had a smile for everyone, Tamra was also always ready to clear up when you’d finished so your table never became cluttered. They even made me up a breakfast for my early trip to Batumi. I was very thankful of that on the journey. Room was made up daily. A great place to stay

Clean. Doors open with security code at night. Main attractions are in a walkable distance. Staff are friendly and store luggage. Toiletries, towels and slippers were available. Breakfast is available. Rooms are nice with air conditioning.

Unfortunately, there is no laundry service. The rooms do not have a fridge. The lobby needs improvements to become more inviting. And the hotel is hidden in a small street which does not feel so safe at night and especially for solo female travellers.

Just 10min walking from the Freedom Square and the old quarter, the hotel is located in a calm residencial área. Everything is perfect! The hotel has a very cosy and charming environment. We felt great there. The room is not enormous but enough for a couple. Beds are super confortable, the bathroom is modern with a high pressure shower. We had no balcony but other rooms have. The breakfast is top and with high variety, from fresh fruit, eggs and bacon, fresh vegetables, cooked vegetables, yogurt, granola, pancakes and some other itens. The breakfast room makes the experience even better with a indoor garden with a glass celling. But the most important and where About Sololaki makes the difference, is the staff, namely Elena, the hotel manager. Always available to help, support and make your stay a good experience.

I would like to make ONLY two suggestions: - Provide a mini bar in each Room (we realized that is prepared but it still missing). - To make the lobby as much cosy as the rest of the hotel
