Beautiful spacious rooms, with pleasant colours and great location, just five minutes from freedom sq, shops and restaurants, also the bus stop to the airport. I really loved my room with great views, a really large bed with very good quality of bedding. Breakfast was adequate with mainly savoury local style food, served till 11:00 but only starts from 08:00. The staff spoke English well which is very important and they are all very kind and love to be of service with a genuine way which goes a long way. Thank you for making my stay a real pleasure!

The carpet in the room can use a deep cleaning as there were some stains from previous people but as it’s light blue-greyish they can be easily spotted. Also for breakfast, a bigger variety of cakes, coffee and juices , more up to Western European standards for a 4 star hotel would be highly appreciated. But overall it’s been of good quality and well prepared.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Liberty Square, the metro, the Old City, shops, and everything a tourist might need. The room offered a beautiful view and featured a spacious balcony, which was a lovely bonus. It was also equipped with a mini fridge and a coffee kettle, which added to the convenience. Breakfast was fairly good and met expectations.

Needs Improvement in Cleanliness and Attention to Detail. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail during my 5-night stay. The room was not cleaned even once throughout my visit, which was quite surprising. In the dining area, there were two containers for hot and cold water, but neither was labeled. As a result, I accidentally poured myself cold water for my coffee, which was unpleasant. The carpet in the room had visible stains, leaving an overall unclean impression. Additionally, extra couches that double as beds were left open in the corridor, contributing to a cluttered and untidy atmosphere.

On the positive side, the hotel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food, and the on-site restaurant was also enjoyable. I appreciated the high-quality shampoo and shower gel provided in large bottles — a nice touch. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, which was helpful as I had to wait quite a while before I could check in.

Unfortunately, there were several downsides to our stay. Despite the advertised check-in time being 15:00, I was only allowed into my room at 15:30. Over the two days I stayed, the room was not cleaned at all. The carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years — it gave a very poor first impression. Although there was a kettle in the room, there were no cups or glasses provided. Another disappointment was the coffee at breakfast — only instant coffee was available. Finally, the internet connection was very unstable, fluctuating from acceptable to completely unavailable. Overall, the hotel has potential and some very pleasant features, but there are several issues that need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

The best value for the price. An excellent location, right next to Freedom Square yet situated on a quiet street. High security thanks to the proximity of government buildings. The room is spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, featuring a very comfortable bed and a luxurious shower. I was upgraded to their suite due. The staff is courteous, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Breakfast offers a limited selection, but considering the price, it is very reasonable.

Location, 5 min walk to the Freedom square, from where you can easily reach Old town and all other places by walk. Personel, very kind people in general are Georgians. Lady at the reception took care of us even we came very early in the morning. Comfortable bed and big rooms whicj is not typical for hotels in the city center.

No remark. Good value for money, you get what you paid.

I have stayed for 7 consecutive weeks (!) at Gallery Palace hotel, so I think I am able to share some informed views :-) I loved every day of my stay there, for many reasons: - I asked for a quiet room not facing the street, which I could keep for the entire time. - When I was living there, the hotel was not fully booked out. Nevertheless, day in, day out I saw the cleaners wiping every corner of the hotel. It is flawlessly clean. - The hotel has a small but fine gym in the basement, which I made frequent use of (see photo). The available equipment there actually allowed me to do 80% of my regular exercises. - The rich breakfast was included in my rate, and options very nice. The best: It is served until 11am in the day, so sometimes when I went to gym late, I could still take breakfast shortly before 11am and nobody would complain. - Staff at reception, restaurant and house-keeping are extremely nice. Obviously the length of the stay had an impact here, but I ultimately felt like a family member :-) - Location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is located just behind Galleria Tbilisi and Freedom Square, but absolutely quiet. I could not think of a better location! The hotel is reasonable priced (I stayed during off-season in March/April). I also saw that refurbishment and modernization works have been going on in different areas of the hotel, which tells me the owners want to continue investing to make this place even better. My home in Tbilisi!

There were only a few members of the reception team who could speak English well. Sandro is exceptional in his warm attitude, caring and flexibility (and I had quite a number of different requests over time...), and I hope the hotel management recognizes his talent and makes him a supervisor or something therelike soon! :) Honorable mentionings as well to Sophie and Nini :)

The hotel is very good and due to its location, access to all places was easily possible. The treatment of the staff was good and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel reception staff are excellent and help travelers well.

Not having a place for passengers' lost items (I personally don't have a good memory of losing my child's glasses in this hotel because the room cleaning staff kept them instead of handing them over to the reception, and I experienced an insulting and unapologetic treatment to get them back. Anyway, although this hotel is very good, but because of this incident, it is no longer on my future reservation list.

A/C settings for twin rooms needs to be better. The hall gets the best controlled A/C while the main room is stuffy Breakfast spread needs to be better.

The check-in was flawless and fast with very young welcoming staff that speak perfect English. The room was nice and comfortable including a big bathroom and an even bigger terrace, a good bed, and a table with a nice chair if you need to work. Metro, the main square, and the area where you have food and drinks at night are within a five-minute walking distance.

The room itself had some signs of flooding but it was clean and nice smelling. The breakfast is a bit monotonous if you are staying for a longer time (like I did). But it is plentiful with lots of options and fruits so you can mix and match.
