This small hotel does a good job in keeping you happy, they clean and change everything every day, they were quite comprehensive with our situation, we booked a room with a bathroom instead of the studio apartment, we had a lot of laundry and they offer it to do it free of charge. I would recommend it for short stays. The staff is very nice and attentive

The hotel is a bit out of the central and most touristic areas, you might end up paying a taxi to go to most places, keep in mind that a taxi is less than 2 usd to pretty much all the downtown area which seem comfortable anyway, the area as it’s further from bars and restaurants is very quite at night for sleeping. If you are looking to sleep well this is your place !

Everything was very clean. Every day the service made the room with new water bottles. The experience from the hotel and staff was amazing. Also from the hotel to old town avarage 10-15 min walk. So close… Back to T‘bilisi, i will always try to get s room again. It was an amazing experience. Thanks a lot

The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. Staff was helpful. The main sights are within 10-30 minutes walking. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

There is no signage and where the hotel is marked on google maps is not actually where the hotel is. Thankfully someone came out to help when I contacted the hotel about being unable to find it. The second time I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp I received no response, though. Also, there is no laundry service.

The staff was sweet (she seemed to be the only one), she was walways very read to helpf and she was efficient. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the heater in the room was very efficient with snow temperatures through the week.

I was disappointed with the location of the hotel. It offered little other than the room and room-related offerings. The noise level was high, my room window was right next to a sidewalk and I could hear everyone talking who was passing by. Also, there were smokers in the next room, and each time they smoked, the smoke would come into my room from a tiny slit of an open window in my room. Each time the front door opened, it squeaked. I organised a taxi for the trip back to the airport in English and the taxi driver came 30 min late, he did not speak a word of English.

The room was clean and newly designed with a lot of furniture. The wifi was good. Tamara who was welcoming us was very friendly. The location was good, 15 mins walk to Meidan.

The room was on the first floor directly on the narrow street due to which we couldn't keep open the window at night.

Tamara was soooo lovely she gaved us a complimentary wine bottle and she was sooo helpful every time i asked her about something. She was always smiling she is just adorable

It's an absolutely wonderful kind of aparthotel. New, modern, in Scandinavian-like style, very clean. Daily service. Amazingly caring and friendly landlady! I enjoyed my very short stay there a lot! Also loved the mountain-close district in a near distance to the old town with signature cafes and bars on the way.

Some little things can still be improved, like a little bit slippery floor in the bathroom or a shower gel container.

There's no breakfast option. However, the location was good as walkable to all restaurant, bars and to the tourist area within the city.

It could have been better if they could serve a breakfast and if having neflix for the TV program. But overall, it was good stay and we are satisfied.

I arrived in Tbilisi in the morning around 4am and they let me to have early check in. Big thanks for Tamara, she welcomed me and even helped me to pay for the taxi. The hotel was clean and comfy. Good value for money
