Have been staying here before and returned this year for a short stay because I could get a room for a discounted price. Rooms are big and very clean,modern bathroom with good shower, very comfortable big bed. Good WiFi and location in my favorite part of Tbilisi. Easy communication over the phone in English can solve all problems.

No hotel sign whatsoever outside of the building where the hotel is located at the second floor. No sign at the door bell either which makes it extremely difficult to get inside the main building on arrival especially when you have never been here before. No sign at the entrance door on the second floor either. No staff staying permanently at the premises which isn't a big problem but strange for a place calling itself hotel. Make sure to communicate your exact arrival time and get a phone number to avoid getting stranded outside the main building entrance.

Street noise could be an issue for some, as could be the very firm bed. The shower head needs to have limescale removed as it's shooting water everywhere. Also the shower hose is shooting water from the connection. Please get non-synthetic bed sheets as the static during winter is insane.

Great place and comfortable room. We were traveling for our anniversary and host gifted us wine that was really thoughtful. Close to Metro station and nightlife of Tbilisi

Our room was on the road side and pretty noisy. But otherwise great.

Nice location, very clean, fully-equipped shared kitchen, good WiFi, good value for money, the photos perfectly matches the room.

The bed is too soft and the shower temperature is unstable (sometimes gets too warm or too cold)

Very cozy peaceful place with absolutely lovely staff. I had the room with a wonderful balcony with grape vines growing around it and the persimmon tree right infront of it and I definitely got to taste them)) Would definitely love to return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

The door in the bathroom wouldn’t close all the way, which made it quite cold in the room.

The corridor is little smelly (probably from smoking). But the room itself is fine, clean.

The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy and the old man who received me was very nice. When you arrive at the door of the hotel remember to press that golden button at the door and the hotel people will open the door for you. The hotel is easily accessible with a bus stop nearby.

The property was very clean. The owner of the property was a really kind person and did his best to help in any way he could. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe. If I come to Tbilisi again, this property will definitely be my first choice.
